I had my CT scan performed at the Encinitas location. It has been a good experience as expected. Lots of parking, only a 5-10 min wait, professional and friendly staff.

I was amazed by the service the center provides when I was refused to served first in the elevator. I got inside with my wife pressed the button for the Fist floor but elevator brought me to the Third floor! I was needed urgently to drive to next appointment. Why I had to be served as second in the line why I was already inside? This is discrimination!

I've always had great experiences every time I come here. Very professional staff. Easy to find with an abundance of parking.

What can I say to convince you to look elsewhere? How about this: EVERY single time you call, no matter the time of day, you will be on hold from 5 to 30 minutes.

Still not convinced? How about this: The staff consistently transfers you to lines that ring 15 times then hangs up. You are forced to call back and wait all over again.

STILL not convinced? How about this: I've called them about 8 times and I still haven't been successful with scheduling an appointment (the most basic of services). I give up!

STILL not convinced? They spam call you saying you need to make an appointment.but it's a recording! You still have to call in; you can't even leave a message. I'm almost convinced they do that to mock you! Like haha we know you have to make an appt but you'll never get through to a live person to make one! (joking but it honestly feels that way)

I challenge Imaging Healthcare to provide me with a better experience. Contact me please and I will change my rating accordingly. I'm just trying to get an already-approved CT scan. I never thought or imagined it could be this difficult!

Went in on a Saturday morning for an x-ray. Super friendly staff, light-hearted and knowledgeable. I had a great experience here and the self-pay price was much cheaper than even using my insurance!

I had an appointment. Was told they would get me right in, and 45 minutes later I'm still waiting. Very poor customer service. I would recommend going anywhere else.

I don’t know what happened with all the angry people but I just phoned for an appointment, got through almost immediately, spoke with “Linda” who is an outstandingly nice person, and was finished with a pleasant experience in a couple minutes. A+ for Linda!

I had an ultrasound today and I was very happy with how quickly i was helped. The Tech “Natalie” was so kind and friendly and made the experience a good one.definitely a Five Star visit

Beware, received awful care here and reported the inappropriate behavior to Kimberly Troutman the supervisor who laughed & said she has has several complaints about this location, and promised to follow up yet never did. Kimberly is extremely unprofessional & lies to patients. Stay away from this place if you value your health care.

My wife was there today, the staff was, friendly, they processed her paperwork within 20 minutes she was taken to the x-ray room, the
x-ray technician told us to come back in 2 hours, when we got back, into the office, they took her back for more x-rays within 5 minutes. Excellent service.

Had an appointment at 11: 20 for Bone Density Test and they requested I arrive at 10: 50. I walked in to find a completely full waiting room, no place to sit, and coughing/ill people. Finally received paperwork to fill out at 11: 15 which took me 10 seconds to complete. Finally got called back at 11: 22 and Greg was a great technician. Done by 11: 36. Last note: Not nearly enough handicap parking at this facility!

My experience was definitely not like those below. I was in at 8: 05, called back by 8: 15, and out by 8: 25. Easy, simple, and quick process.

I have mixed experience with them. A few times it was fine, and the last time a young girl was having troubles with operating an X-ray imager. She took a few x-rays that were not good, had to re-position the camera, and clearly needed guidance from someone more knowledgeable.

We've been here plenty for x-rays (4 kids!) and get in and out in no time, staff is nice and efficient. Maybe we just get lucky, but haven't had an issue here.

Called several times to make an appointment and ended up having to come in to make an appointment. Even showing up before they opened there was a line.

I would Never go here again. It smelled, front desk was rude and didn't bill the insurance company, but instead made us pay there cost $1,400 at the appointment not what's negotiated by insurer.

I went around and around for weeks prior to my MRI to get the right referral paperwork to and from my insurance company. Even went to an appt and had to leave because of some issue with the paperwork that was supposed to have been dealt with prior. EIGHT MONTHS later I am still dealing with billing after I finally got the MRI. They keep sending me notices that it hasn't been paid. My insurance has paid.twice.and called them twice to straighten it out. I also paid my portion which they have no record of. Thy won't call my insurance company (their policy). They gave me a number to give my insurance company to call and said it would be 3 business days before the insurance company would get a response. They're now threatening to take me to collections. Totally floored by my experience with this group.

Once in the facility my experience has been fine. But OMG, trying to get anything done over the phone is absolutely ridiculous. Called medical records, heard a person's voice who said, "please hold, I'll be right with you. " Well, that was 28 minutes ago!

This is the only location that does specialty tests. It takes over an hour on the phone to get an appointment anywhere. This facility is decent but there's a huge disconnect between their scheduling office and their front desk staff. Just disappointing.
