Everything went very smoothly. The check in was quick, the technician appeared quickly to take me back for my CT. The CT itself was also very quick. I was in an out in 30 max total.

The front desk girl was very helpful and kind. She helped me get my imaging done on the same day even though I did not have an appointment.

Very efficient at checking me in and seeing me on time. Staff was very friendly and the building is beautiful. Parking easy. In and out in 20 minutes! Thanks!

My second visit was for a needle biopsy. God bless the tech and the doctor who saw NO ABNORMALITIES today or even the original ultrasound. They took time to analyze and were not interested in unnecessary procedure. I have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. A great experience

I am satisfied with the expertise of the employees. Just need some organization in handling the patients, especially those with appointments. They should not be waiting for almost an hour. Too inconvenient. Thank you.

The front desk staff was pleasant but they were slow, my appointment was at 2: 30 and I arrived at 1: 50 they didn't call me in until 3: 00. The staff in the back were very professional and did a great job in the imaging department with my MRI. The lady made me feel very comfortable and always checked on me while I was in the machine. Thank you for your services

The technician was wonderful he was polite quick and efficient but 1 of the ladies at front desk reception was rude to almost every patient she talked to including me+ horrible wait time. (To the rude receptionist) I understand it's busy so wait time is expected but if you don't have patience for your clients maybe you should pick another job.

I waited 45 minutes after my appointment, then waited 20 minutes for a copy of my x rays too long.x ray technician very professional and quick.

The service at this place has been flushed down the toilet.
They have stopped walk-in xray appointments, reduced hours, reduced days, and are mismanaging their scheduled appointments.
For a confirmed appointment, we had to wait 1.5 hours to be seen for an xray.
The staff is unapologetic and careless about patient care. The administration doesn't care about wasting patient time but only about their bottom line.
I watched 3 other patients get upset and voiced their dissatisfaction and 2 walked out of their 1.5-2.0 hour late appointments.

My 65 year old mom had an x-ray appointment today and can't use a smartphone so she asked to put this review up for her. She had an appt to get an x-ray done at 10am. She was there at 9: 50 am and they didn't call her in until 12pm. They made her wait over 2 hours with an appointment! Super slow and I guess they are short-staffed. But this is not okay to not explain or let the patient know WHY the wait is so long.

It was overall a great experience. I was nervous going in, but they addressed my concerns and everything went off without a hitch.

I’m not sure how they get so many good reviews when they never answer their phones, or put the call on a hold for hours and then hang up.
Really disappointed.

I walked in Imaging Specialist Of Glendale with my appointment lady behind the counter very nice immediately ask me help her name is Hasmik took my information and copayment and in short time I 've seen technician, he introduced himself as a technician explain all the procedures on CT Scan and finished in 10 minutes, keep up the good work thanks.

The folks who work here are fantastic! It was quick, easy, very personable and efficient. My only caveat would be is they need to keep the front doors of the waiting room open to create a breeze in this Covid world. Also, try to limit the amount of people in the waiting room. They were roughly 20 people forced to gather in small pockets in the waiting room I was really uncomfortable with it. Otherwise great place!

Poor reseptionist service. Maybe she is particular unprofessional who is sitting on the right side of the window.

I told her I'm here for X-ray. Her response is we don't take appointments. I'm like huh? I know that, that's why I just walked in. What's for? I didn't say that but I almost said are you deaf? Then she told me the waiting time is 2 hours. 2 hours? Are you gonna wait here or in your car? I'll be in my car. Hour later she text me now you can come in.already? I was at home need to drive fast trying not getting speeding ticket.

I'm not happy to go back there but I have to. Unfortunately, my doctor is asking another X-ray. Ouch!

Super professional and helpful. Kevin was my X-ray tech, the women at the front were pleasant and helpful, even provided copies of my x-rays on CD. One of the front desk clerks wiped down all the seats and tables while I was waiting. Felt very safe.

Imaging Specialists in Glendale 700 Central with appt. Was done very well promptly did not have to wait long at all. Ultrasound was quick and easy technician was very nice answer any question i asked. Also been there for MRI before also technician was very nice so far have no complaints. Thank you.
