Athenea is well spoken person; she knows immigration law inside and out. She is not judgmental, and her positive attitude is always well come in this stressful immigration process. Many things happened during this process including Covid 19 pandemic, but Athenea and her office had our backs and guide us through the whole process. Terrible service, I was going to be a new customer; and I had already had my first appointment via phone and the lawyer was super friendly and I thought about making a deal with her but then I had some doubts and I wanted to have another appointment via phone and then I had it and before speaking with the lawyer I asked the secretary if There was no problem adding my dad to the call since he is in Mexico and I wanted him to listen to what the lawyer was telling me since he was the main person on the case and so we started well but my dad's phone could be heard noise and it couldn't be heard very well I told him my doubts and he answered me very rudely and I felt bad and I felt even worse when my dad started talking and I asked him what an infraction meant and he answered him in a bad way telling him that if he didn't know to ask his secretary.with a very rude tone and I think that was not a correct way to answer him, it was very rude on his part and then he started talking to me in English when she knew that she didn't know much I know that she was a new client I just wanted to make sure of everything before making a deal with her I don't know why she treated us that way I think that at no time did we disrespect her or anything so that He answered us in a bad and very rude way and then he told us that was all and hung up on us but what bothered me the most was how he answered my dad, that's not true, I think he could have been more professional.
