Impact Care Medical Group - Urgent Care

I went into this urgent care and recieved the worst medical treatment I needed the doctor to help my ear heal science i have a bad ear infection he prescribed ear drops for swimmers ear, how can I use drops if my ear is shut, also the pain is ten out of ten and he gave me a 600mg ibuprofen for the anti biotic he prescribed has not helped I belive its an African American doctor named John, he never even looked in my ear to examin it, he looked at it and wen I told him I was already drinking ibuprofen and that wasn't helping that maybe so.e ointments or something else's i can drink he didn't even give md a 800 mg ibuprofen, he did nothing to help my pain in my ear but as I been told by the employes he has preferences, he gives good medical treatment mainly to African Americans and doesn't do much to help other people.as a doctor he has an obligation to help and listen and examin Im currently filling a report with my insurance about him I called his office and they provided a fake name the last time.this time I was told he will be reported to the clinic it looks like I'm not the first person who has a problem with him and I will be filling a claim of my own against him with my insurance backing up my statements because he did nothing to help and still gets to charge for his visits.he also has preferences on who he helps with pain. Medicine

Took my daughter for ear infection. Took over 2 hrs to be seen. When the Doctor sees her, he's like I don't see any infection would give any antibiotics gave her ibuprofen and made comments that people abuse antibiotics and that they will stop working. Was a waste of my time and money and she does have an infection. Now about to take her to another urgent care.
Please don't come here Doctor doesn't take patients seriously.

Used to like this urgent care, used to get really good and quick care.years ago, I guess. Upon reading recent reviews and having my own terrible experience, I can agree that this facility shouldn’t be open. I have an ear and throat infection and wouldn’t be seen in a regular room.was put in a room faaaaar away from anyone due to “Covid protocols”. The dr said I only needed a throat medicine and ibuprofen, and he only sent the ibuprofen to the pharmacy. I begged for antibiotics and he said it was unnecessary. I will be going to another urgent care today and I’m sure their answer will be much different. Do not come here, you will not feel cared for. As an urgent care facility, you deal with sick people first hand. This is well below any expectations for care.terrible.

I OVERHEARD MY SISTERS CONVERSATION WITH “DR” JEANPIERRE JUST NOW, very UNPROFESSIONAL ACCUSING HER OF SELLING HER NARCOTIC PAIN MEDICATION AND PRETTY MUCH MAKING IT SEEM LIKE MY SISTER DOES NOT HAVE ANY PAIN (WHILE HAVING A WHOLE BRAIN CONDITION). SHE HAD A PREVIOUS ENCOUNTER WITH THIS POS DR ON THE 14th WHILE HIM AND HIS FRONT DESK PEOPLE (TIANA & MORE) TALKING ABOUT HER MEDICAL SITUATION IN THE HALLWAY WHILE THERE WAS PTS GETTING THEIR BLOOD PRESSURE TAKING NOT TO FAR FROM THE BACK DESK. SPEAKING AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE WHICH MADE HER FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. SHE RECORDED THE WHOLE 2 ENCOUNTERS AND IS TAKING LEGAL ACTION… PLEASE AVOID THIS HELL HOLE IF YOU CAN. THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING. AND THEIR BEDSIDE MANNER IS COMPLETE TRASH. IF YOU WANT ANY TYPE OF PRIVACY WHILE IN A DOCTORS OFFICE DO NOT COME HERE… THIS DR WILL PROBABLY ANSWER A PERSONAL PHONE-CALL WHILE IN THE ROOM WUTH YOU. ️️STAY AWAY️️

Do not come here, you can get better help literally at any other urgent care! I don’t understand how this facility is still open when they don’t properly diagnose and help any of their patients. But I’m guessing they stay open because they tell people they take their insurance then try and bill them later for assistance they didn’t even provide and copays that you’ve already paid. Becareful and don’t get scammed, this place is absolutely terrible.

Have been waiting over 5 hours for the Dr to call in my prescription for antibiotics. The pharmacy is about to close now. Needed these today for a painful infection. Never coming back.

Used to like this place but yesterday my son received the worst care. I took him in for congestion, sore throat and his ears bothering him. The doctor barely stepped in the room, didn't examine him at all. All because of "Covid protocols ". I'm sorry but your an urgent care, this is what you are here for. They gave him a decongestant and said if that doesn't work then I can take him back to check for an infection. I took him a different urgent care today. He has an ear and throat infection.

If you don't want to treat patients you are in the wrong field.

I’m trying to get an appointment for the last two weeks I called Several times the first time they put me on hold for an hour and 20 minutes and finally hang up on me and I tried to call back and I get no answer, called the next day, same story on hold for an hour I don’t know what to do. The worst service in town.

WORST LOCATION EVER! Mrs/Ms Nathan isn’t a good doctor at all. She asks questions to my three year old that wasn’t necessary. EX- does my daughter know if she’s a boy or a girl!? NEVER had a doctor ask me this. Also asking me how old is the building I live in? Wow ridiculous. Nathan also seems to get a bit annoyed that my daughter is talking more and more curious? She’s 3 of course she’s learning more.
Must fill out paperwork everytime but must go outside due to Covid? The ladies at the front desk ARE RUDE WITH ATTITUDE AS WELL! I can see why this places has the reviews that they do. This place is not a place for children that's for sure.
Yes I took this up with management as well. This place is horrible!

Not happy with this place, go in fill out all the paperwork. Was told to stay standing at front desk to fill out the covid paper, then was allowed to be seated to fill out the rest of it. Only to be told that because i see a Dr there on the normal that my visit would be a fraud visit. Shocked to be denied service, and the Dr told me to come back here for any service! Giving a paper of other urgent cares, went there only to be told, sorry we don't provide i.v. 's here! Wasted more of my time. Not a happy customer.
