Impark (Parking) / Opera Plaza - Lot #342, San Francisco CA

Pre-paid for this garage online ahead of time. $46 from Friday night around 7pm to 12: 30am Sunday night. Service was very friendly. The most important thing I was looking for was a safe place to park my car in San Francisco and this place was just that. I would definitely park here again.

The parking service here is great for me, which is 24 hours. The only thing I am not happy with is the entrance of the garage off the road, I got my car’s bumper scratched every time. If I can find another 24-hour parking garage I would opt out.

Signed up for valet parking through the spothero, it was fairly priced and the staff were quick.

I mean it's OK for a valet parking. But the three guys there when I came to get my car were speaking in Spanish. Also, it is quite expensive because it is $6/hour.

It's valet only, and the entrances are actually in the middle of the blocks of Turk (going West) or Golden Gate (going East) avenues between Franklin and van Ness Avenues. Safer than the streets if you have valuables. Underground, good when it rains. Rarely full.

Definitely find a different place to park! I was going to a lawyer's office and decided to use the valet service. I left my wallet in the car and when I came back it was gone. The guys there "couldn't figure out who parked my car" - this is the part that I find the most disturbing. I can promise that my wallet was left in the car and the stupid people couldn't even figure out which one of the guys there had parked my car and stolen my wallet. If I am ever in SF again, I definitely won't be parking there!

These are the friendliest guys you can imagine, totally dedicated customer satisfaction, really great. I've been doing monthly parking here for two years now, I've always been impressed, and have never had any problems. I felt it was time I left them a great review.
