Knowledgeable staff, very accommodating, and exceptional quality service every time I visit. Can’t recommend highly enough!

DO NOT GO HERE! I should have read the reviews. The prices are insane, more than Ive ever paid anywhere else.

They charge insane prices and dont even do a good job of ensuring you get all of your pieces back at pickup!

We were missing a huge comforter and we had to go back for it, where they charged us more for the comforter! Were also missing one of the bags we originally had our clothes in. They put our clothes in a random plastic.

I went there to have repaired my shrunk knits.
They said they were able to repair this knit, and I asked several times really you can, but they said absolutely yes. I went to see it when I was informed that it was finished, but my knitwear was still the same as the first time.perfectly same, nothing changed. In my opinion, it was as if it had not been sent to the factory at all.
They nevertheless charged a high fee, and I had no choice but to throw the knit away after paying the fee. They lied to me and charged unfairly. I will never go here again and I don't want others to suffer.

I was charged $13.45 per shirt for dry cleaning today and $16.45 for a pair of men’s pants. The cleaners I went to that is closed due to a fire charged $6.50 per shirt. Needless to say I was surprised at this dramatic difference. In checking around I found that most places charge between $6 and $8 per shirt. I will not be using this service again!

DO NOT GO HERE! $96 for for 6 polos shirts and a pair of pants is ridiculous. The service is horrible unless your Asian or speaking their native language. You would be better off just buying new clothes. Extremely unpleasant for the employees to speak a different language when you have a English speaking customer right in front of you.

Honestly, the staff here was very rude. The owner, an uptight angry asian man, was very rude to my family. I would not come back again to this place. Very unhappy with the service.

I took my shirts in for dry cleaning only 9 shirts and the double charged me and said it was 5 a shirt for laundry. Couldn’t get my shirts back until I paid for it. Absolute robbery!

I had the worst possible experience here that I've had at any business I've ever been to. I brought in mosquito netting specially ordered from a manufacturer in Georgia to make curtains for my restaurant's patio. I asked Imperial numerous times if this was something they were able to do. A man named Johnny told me he was confident he could do it. BIG MISTAKE TO BELIEVE HIM.

They provided me a sample of how the end product would be and I approved. At the time, it looked as if there were no issues and that the curtains would be the same size all around. I was told it would take about a week, and to my surprise, it was not completed at its designated time. They asked for another week so I obliged.

When I received my curtains they were warped completely in the middle. I asked what happened and they started blaming it on the material. I asked why the sample did not have any issues but these pieces did and they just continued to tell me it was an issue with the material. Why was I not told that they could not do it with this material?

For one, the manufacturer makes this material specifically for curtains. You can see it on mosquitocurtains.com. I showed them videos of the panels being installed and they claimed that it was not the same material that I provided. It cost rougly $2000 to custom order my material which in the beginning Johnny claimed he would pay me if there were any issues. However, when confronted about the poor quality of my warped curtains, I was told it was the materials fault and that I would have to find elsewhere to get my work done. So now, I'm down 2 grand, have no curtains, and need to reorder custom curtains again which took about 2 weeks to arrive in California.

The service here was absolutely appalling and the quality of work was even worse. Take your business to a place that can keep their promises and responsibilities to the customer.

Don't get me wrong, this place does a great job and it's all done onsite.but $15.95 to dry clean a short mini dress (not even silk) is absurd! I've never been to any dry cleaner with such ridiculous pricing. Even with the coupons, the prices are still about 40% more.
