Dr. John is great and so are the staff. Prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend them for all your pets needs. Im thankful I found them and won’t take my cats anywhere else/

Dr. Mike was carrying and kind to my beagle. He found a mass on the bottom of her bladder. We were referred to the Tustin Veternary Cancer Group.

My husband & I love the care our 3 dogs & 2 cats receive from the staff at Imperial. Vicki & Ricky have been so wonderful for many years to us. The new staff we're getting to know, but they too, take good care of our fuzzy babes. Dr. John & Dr. Jalbort have both helped us out with our pup Rupert. He is living his best life because of them. Dr. John once again did the surgery my dog needed on his other knee a month ago. Rowdy is now on the mend and living his best life!

Surprisingly fast service for a busy walk-in based clinic. And even when you walk into a waiting room full of people, everyone was in and out. That means they’re well equipped, well staffed, and focused on being efficient.
I always get so nervous with my pets because for some reason I assume that mine are the worst behaved, or I expect worse case scenario, because some vets out there will make you think that to get more $$, but then I realize these are animal professionals, and I’m not. They took care of my pups problem fast, efficiently and took the best route for what we needed. I’ll admit since moving to the area a few years ago I haven’t found a new home vet, but I really had a pleasant experience at imperial vet clinic and feel confident in coming back. Thanks.

We brought our shih tzu in bc we suspected he had diabetes. They checked him out after only a few minutes of waiting and advised us to board him for a few days to observe him.

They were always warm and responsive to all of my calls about my dog. When we picked up our little mutt, our total cost was actually lower than the minimum estimated cost they initially showed us.

Wonderful, caring vets in a friendly, spotlessly clean clinic. Cannot recommend higher for your animals!

The staff was nice and vet was professional and friendly but I’m taking off 2 stars because I had a very sick dog and was told to get blood work done which was not cheap. I was told I’d get the results right away. I did not. I went through the online portal to see if the results were there-they weren’t. I calle stage office and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I also emailed the office over the weekend and no one responded. I called today and finally got through to someone. I was told my vet would call me-he didn’t-someone else did and left a message. I went on Friday morning, and am getting my results today (Tuesday), probably because I complained and they forgot all about my dog. All that money and time I waited. I’m really disappointed because I was expecting better service. I spent over $500 and had to beg for my results when they were supposed to be ready last week. Save your money and go elsewhere. They are nice people but clearly I was blown off.

1st time visit was $500. Only gave me 4 NASID pills asked for a refill of the medication, said I had to come back for a visit, do lab work and buy the meds from them. MONEY GRAB. Also, the building from the outside looks like it's about to fall down. We can all spend 500 at any vet we want to.

I brought my cat in today (as a walk in) for an allergic reaction. It was my first time at IHAC. There was a wait but it went very fast. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They did not push any unnecessary services or products, which was greatly appreciated.

Dr. Mike he is one of the best doctors in southern California, i highly recommend him for dogs, staff very professional and nice, they are very fast and accurate with information.

I’ve been with IHC for about 25 years. Dr. Mike and Dr. John have taken such great care of my fur babies, I couldn’t think of going anywhere else. I highly recommend their veterinary services.

Our cat and dog have been going here for 1 year. When our dog became ill, they were quick to diagnose him with a chronic condition and hospitalize until it stabilized. He has been doing great with medication since then. The additionally prescribed food/vitamins is a little pricy but we clearly see a difference in his health when using both of them and do not feel that they are fishing for money. My cat's prescription weight loss food is also expensive, but has provided great nutrients for his older age and he successfully lost what he needed over a year period. My cat recently became ill and they were compassionate in my worries and accommodating that I preferred to treat from home. Though he eventually needed to be hospitalized, he returned diagnosed and treated. The front staff has always been friendly and helpful with our needs, even when managing the busiest hours. Because they only have walk in visits and not appointments, there is often a wait especially at peak times. However, I do not mind given that I can come at my convenience, the visits are not rushed to 'keep on a schedule', and they are happy to demonstrate things like how to brush teeth or inject a needle. The 24 hour emergency line has also come in handy. They have gone above and beyond more than once, even opening early during one emergency. We enjoy supporting small businesses and this father/son clinic is no exception.

When you need a really sensitive staff, great place to come, they care about the people and most importantly the pets!
