The service was great. I had a maintenance alarm for my brake light. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. My brake light was repaired and covered under warranty.

Went in cause the computer system was telling me it was time to get my brakes serviced. They gave a me a thorough inspection to tell me what everything needed to be done with the car not just the brakes. Ended up I didn't even need the brakes replaced just brake fluid and some other regular maintenance of an oil change etc. The report also gave me a list of what will need to be addressed in the near future to make sure my car stays in top shape to stay running smooth.

One of the things that make car ownership pleasant is finding the often spoke but rarely found, honest, thorough mechanic. Face it, if you own a car, you're at their mercy in a sense. If that's what you seek, look no further. I will always take my car here! This place saved my "you know what" big time! I cannot sing their praises enough. Other places I went were so quick to do a job and charge me $22,000, unnecessarily, these guys took a little extra time to find out what the issue was. Turns out it was a far less expensive issue that wouldn't wipe me out. Good honest mechanics do exist and you'll find a few of them here.

Their estimate report came with the pictures and show the damage level with tragic light color to warn me how bad they are. They are very professional. I strongly recommend them to anybody who has a Mini Cooper!

We had to get the Catalytic Converter replaced on my wife's BMW X5. The pricing was much better than what we would have paid at the BMW Dealer.

The team here are professional and timely. They usually have discount vouchers so watch for those deals.

Got bad experience

One things for certain these guys never let me down. Even though our entire country is suffering this horrific pandemic Corona Virus the owner (Chi) took the time to pick up my car for a service from my home then return it to me. In less than half the day!
He followed all the safety precautions recommended by the CDC. Michelle coordinated patiently & efficiently as always. No price gouging, no up-selling. No riff raft or games.
I know that there will be businesses that will not survive this traumatic recession, but Im sending up a special prayer request for this team of amazing people come through this storm & remain in business for many years to come.
They know how to treat they’re customers even when the economy is falling apart, they remain vigilant, honoring, serving and exceeding customer satisfaction.
I purposely didn’t renew my extended warranty with BMW. There’s no need to. I have an awesome team here that I trust and that means the world to me. I frequent the Culver City location on Washington Blvd.

08/19/2021 Took my car to the South Bay
location last week for a tail light repair.
Andre was kind enough to get me in with very short notice and I was out in 30 minutes.
I really appreciate him for accommodating me.
I didn’t want to risk a ticket or being rear ended. It’s so nice that both of these locations equally have superior customer service and integrity.
I never feel as a woman like I’m being taken advantage of. And this has been going on for about 5 years.
They never ever fail me! If you have an extended warranty don’t renew it~wasting time & money like I did being overwhelmed confused and frustrated with the dealership. Instead take all your automotive repair needs to Import Motor Worx. Both Aaron & Andre at either location will never disappoint you!

As a female that’s quite important to me to feel confident. They are swift & efficient and it’s comforting to know what’s needed in the future for my car & it was explained and mapped out so that I can effectively schedule in an order of precedence. This is something women don’t know. But Andre was patient and explained so that I understand moving forward.
My cars running excellent & I highly recommend them for all of your car’s maintenance needs!

Excellent service and follow up. The best I've seen. I specially liked the diagnostic with photos and the knowledgeable staff.

Maybe not the cheapest place you'll find, but definitely the most tech - they provide very advanced and detailed diagnostics. I spoke with one of the lead mechanics after everything was finished and he was very professional, knowledgeable and more than happy to share additional helpful information. Their website also makes it easy to schedule an appointment online, including choosing whether you wish to wait for your car or drop it off. They also send you texts for discount offers and specials from time to time. It's not easy finding a reliable, reasonable mechanic but I think I'll be making this place my regular shop.

This the third mini & bmw vehicle that I have entrusted to this team. I recommend the team to strangers! Andre is transparent with pricing, service time, and issue. Thanks again for caring for my vehicle.
