Impossible Escape Hesperia

Hands-down, so much fun! A staff there were so polite and super energetic! I had a smile on my face from start to finish. It was just a blast working with everyone there, and the room I did was the stark room, and boy will I tell you it was a blast!

First time ever doing an escape room! We weren’t sure what to expect or how many tiny details you’d need to uncover. Pleasantly surprised at how challenging it was, and we want to go back to do all the other rooms next. Funnest thing we’ve done as a family together in a long time!

The staff here was great. Which is why I have some stars. However, as an escape room enthusiast, I wasn’t a fan of the Stark Labs one. We did escape. However, I felt the clues were very random. One of the main clues you needed to escape malfunctioned. Also, you can hear people in the rooms around you because the walls don’t go up to the ceilings. I was disappointed.

I’ve never done an escape room but this was a seriously fun experience! I went with a group people which makes things harder and more fun! Regan was such a great and friendly host! We did the haunted submarine and it was awesome! Clues that led to more clues and clues that threw you off! All in all it was great! Can’t wait to go back!

Our experience was incredibly fun! Such a great time with our kiddos, although we did not complete Warwicks layer and turned into mist Highly recommended and will return!

It wasn’t a good experience. The puzzles, when solved, lead to nothing. The room was definitely home made, not in a good way. Things were already broken and I stated that clearly on the camera so we shouldn’t be charged for that. If you don’t want things broken so easily you should bolt/glue them down so they don’t move, especially in a dark room. Most of the decorations were purchased from the dollar store. I do not recommend this escape room at all. There are too many things all at once with no explanation whatsoever. It needs to be more of a story line or clues that lead to answers.

Its called impossible escape because the wrong locks are on the wrong puzzles. We struggled for 45 minutes trying to overcome issues from having the wrong locks with codes they didn't know on puzzles. We asked for a refund and they said no. Also the cooler wasn't working in our room and it was sweltering. The quality of the game was also bad. We chose Warwicks room and lots of stuff was broken or nearly broken and didn't make sense. The kid who's a minor and running this place by himself was unhelpful and his hints were terrible and he couldn't walk us through the issue of having the wrong locks on the wrong boxes with the wrong codes.

My 2 daughters had went and did the room haunted sub and loved it they are a bit slow so of course they didn’t get out but they had an amazing experience the workers their are also very helpful and nice the worker Joe was very nice and helpful even tho we kinda gave him a hard time other than that I recommend.

We had a wonderful time in the Stark Lab escape room and will definitely go again if we can

Staff was able to fit my friend and I in even though we didn't have a reservation. Staff was super friendly. I would recommend this location.

Be careful I picked up a candle stick to see if there was a clue and the battery operated candle fell on the ground and broke I was charge 25.00 the staff did not want to listen it was a accident. They should glue the candle to the candle stick

I came recently and had a great time, Amelia our game master was super friendly and gave awesome hints. We did several rooms and Amelia and Reygan did a great job setting up the rooms quickly!

The rooms are amazing! I had so much fun doing them with my family! The game master Amelia was fabulous, and did a great job!

Worst escape room experience by far. The host read from a script and did not make the room seem interesting at all. When you would solve clues they were misleading and would lead to nothing. We won the room, but we were confused as to why we did. THE WORST PART was the decorations. They were already faulty and falling apart. One of us lifted up a candle stand that was already broken and the top of the candle fell to the ground and broke on the ground. The workers charged him $25 because it broke. They would not listen to his explanation. They would not let us speak to a manager. It was like they set people up to get charged extra fees. We should have been refunded our entire payment for how we were treated by the staff, not have to pay extra for their cheap decorations. I would not recommend this escape room and we will never return.

I've been twice and can't wait to go back! The staff are really great! If you're a Harry Potter fan, you definitely have to do Warwick's Lair!

So my family just did the Stark Lab escape room. Very disappointed. We were super excited to play an Avenger themed room. We have played 30+ escaperooms. This room had no logic to any of there combinations locks. There were actually even no puzzles to solve. Everything was completely random and you had to ask for clues because there was completely no rhyme or reason to anything. It's like the makers of this room have never actually participated in any escaperooms EVER. The young ladies running the room were very nice and did what they could to help. I would recommend that all the employees and owners actually go to another establishment and play other escaperooms to understand how an escaperoom actually works with problem solving skills and logic. Most disappointing and ridiculous room ever.

Enjoyed this very much. The staff were very nice and were there to help when needed. We did the Triton room. It was our second time trying it and we finally beat it. We will definitely be back to do the other rooms.
