4I scheduled a tour of a newly listed apartment at Belasera and was absolutely impressed by the amazing staff. Andrew and Amanda were so friendly and informative and the apartment was perfect. I can't wait to move in!
We just moved in and couldn't be happier! Amanda in the leasing office was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful through the whole application and move-in process. Our unit is stunning and we're thrilled to be here.:)
We have been living at IMT Belasera at Fulton for about 7 months and from the very start we've been happy with our choice to move here. The leasing and move in process went very smoothly thanks to Amanda and her guidance. Every interaction we've had with Amanda and Samantha in the onsite office has been helpful and friendly. The building is very pet friendly which was a huge relief for us as it can be hard to find a nice place that rents to those with furry kids. We've had a few minor maintenance issues which were fixed quickly and efficiently by Dave and George and the rest of the maintenance team. All around one of our favorite places we've lived thanks to the entire onsite team.
Living at IMT Fulton has been an exceptional experience. At this location, you are surrounded by plenty of great food options and grocery stores within less than 5 min away. I would also like to point out that the current maintenance crew, Angel and George, were very quick to help me with an emergency work order. My issue was resolved next day.
