I like very much the place and it was very clean and good lightening. The reception I had was the best one could have. The person who received me was very kind, great communication skills and knowledgeable and patient. That seem to me a good place to live, however I found a place near my job and gave up with my attempt to live there.

Maintenance is always friendly and professional. Never had to wait long for any repairs. They really go above and beyond.

I'd like to thank Jose, Miguel and Luis for taking the time to help me this morning with my blinds. I greatly appreciate them having helped especially while they were in the middle of inspections. I'd also like to mention Maria she does a great job in maintaining the hallway. Thanks to the maintenance and housekeeping this is a wonderful place to live.

I recently had a tour with Vivi. She was so pleasant and very informative. I had so many questions and she answered each one without hesitation and a smile on her face. You can tell she really cares about the residents.

Eric was warm, inviting, and informative! I enjoyed the tour. The atmosphere was great and peaceful? I would definitely live here. The other staff members friendly as well. Thank you guys for being welcoming!

The apartment is really nice and spacious and located in a great area right next to the snapdragon stadium. The leasing office was really helpful throughout the whole process, Ari especially he went above and beyond and made the process easy

Been living here for about 2 years now and I must say it’s perfect. Pools are clean, gym is amazing and game room is so spacious. People are welcoming.

They were very responsive and fast when I had an issue with my apartment. They go above and beyond for their tenants. Maintenance are on point and make living here great!

Highly recommend Ari for your leasing coordinator! He went above and beyond for us. He followed up with us often, and did everything to make our move in smooth, and keep us happy! Definitely suggest asking for Ari you won’t be disappointed! The units are beautiful, and the amenities are so nice! We our so happy with our new place!

I love love love this property it is amazing. I just moved here and this property is 10 times better than where I was.the staff is amazing they are very knowledgeable and speedy to fix any issues, my kids love it very spacious and we love our fireplace! The only issue with the property is parking there is no reserved parking for two bedrooms which makes it very hard for me and the Littles Sometimes we have to park on the streets which makes it difficult with the one year old
And you have groceries! But other than the parking very great property! But mind you I've only been here a week and a half so I'll do a 6month check up lol

Renting an apartment can be stressful but because of ARI the process was seamless. He was extremely patient and kind and even stayed late and arrived early the next day to make sure my application was submitted. I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work!

Management here tends to respond to and address tenant issues in a timely and professional manner, every time.

The maintenance crew is top-notch, and
will help renters with moving in or out if
we ask them.

I had a great experience working with Brandon Akana. He was super helpful in answering all the questions I had in regards to the community. Application process was smooth and easy which allowed me to move in on short notice.

I've been living here for a while now and I can say that with this new management along with maintenance /housekeepers/janitors (good and new) they try their best in helping us a lot. We have had parking lot situations and indoor issues of our apartment which have been fixed. They go above and beyond trying to fix things when ever putting a work order in. They fix things immediately. The apartments here are nice 2 bedroom are very spacious and 1 bedroom apartments are good for one couple still spacious too. Can I suggest security during "late hours". We seem to have random late younger crowd making a lot of noise in hallways and even out in the patio not thinking other people are trying to sleep because they have work the next day. And maybe suggest all reserved spots painted over again and if not reserved maybe cover that word. People are not aware that cars do get towed. I know that we all need to communicate to help each other out too. And as I mentioned before you guys do well. Thank you for everything that you and your staff including all of the workers have done for us we appreciate you very much.

All I can say is WOW! The apartments are so beautiful and spacious and I am IN LOVE! I really like that they have the package locker set up, and a huge pool near my building! On top of that, the leasing office is always so nice and helpful! Definitely cant go wrong here!

Moving experience was great. Staff lent us a dolly to transport our furniture. The leasing agent Ari was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions prior to moving in. He really sold the home with exceptional feedback about the community. He also included a few house hold necessities to welcome us home too, thank you!
