IMT Residential, Sherman Oaks CA

I live in the Buckhead on 26th property, and write this review of the business in hopes to finally get some sort of response instead of being flat out ignored.

Edit: Met with Management this morning. Glad to hear there are plans in place to address the amount of parties at the pool and hopeful the situation is resolved.

Since the property was acquired by IMT in 2021 the quality of the community as well as customer service has diminished significantly. In their attempt to cram tenants in vacant apartments post Covid our neighborhood has become a party environment, and not one of a living environment. Concerns and complaints are met with placating statements, but nothing is actually done to address them. That is if emails are actually ever acknowledged or answered. Even upper management with IMT as a company will simply ignore emails. Have reached out to our Region Operations Manager and the Eastern Regional Team in her out of office time and have only gotten silence.

I have never worked for a more dedicated company. Garrett in the Colorado Region is hands down the best RM in the game.
When you pair the qualities of care, focus, drive, and motivation.you get a leader that leads with passion and integrity. There are many data points I can touch on. But this is not what I want to touch on. That'd be too easy. It's the intangibles that really set him apart. It's the reason I want to be a better employee, but also a better man. That's the man you have leading the charge in Colorado. And thats the man that I will follow into battle.
