I have taken two cars here and they don’t feel like resetting the “check engine light” their excuse is they need to go in to check the problem.

I came in for only a simple oil change. These people seems to help you out with one thing but then try to get more money out from you by exaggerating what’s really going on

I highly recommend ladies to go here for any tire issues. They are honest men who don't try to rip you off because your a women. They do an amazing job for any tire issues

Went for a wheel alignment and the guy was so HONEST with me and showed me the problem with everything connected to my front wheels and explained why he couldn't do.much RESPECT and appreciation for your HONEST!

I love this shop and have been getting my tires changed and rotated here for years! The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful plus when they say In and Out its Fact when I came in a few times even busy and got out in 1 hour for new tires and rotations even less. Sometimes I have to wait but it's worth it with the good prices and quality to me.

I have been going there now for about 5yrs, and I absolutely love the people there. Miguel and Judy are wonderful to work with. I recommend them to as many people as I can. It's located on the corner of 60th and Central.

First I will admit they stand for what they say “In N Out” fast! The two reasons why they didn’t receive 5 stars was because of 1 persons attitude & no receipt for the labor that was given. I didn’t get the name of the person but he was the only one that had a long beard. He did not show customer service at all. Whenever we asked him a question he answered in a defensive & rude manner. Every place that I’ve gone I have received a receipt for the labor/maintenance I have gotten. All in all everyone else there were friendly and professional.

This is by far the most efficient and dependable tires and mechanical business in the city of Los Angeles. The lead mechanic, Miguel, is definitely the most honorable mechanic I have ever trusted any car in the hands of. The owner is so customer service concerned, if the least thing goes wrong with your service provided, he is compensating you beyond fairly!

I went in for an alignment but they told me that my car needed the rack and pinion. When I asked how they knew that they answered condescendingly and rude. I then took it somewhere else where they just balanced my tires and gave me an alignment and that fixed my issue. Which was that my steering wheel shook going over 60MPH. In-N-Out is not the place to go. They are crooks. The told me my last car needed the rack and pinion too.

They did a horrible alignment on my car, went back to let them know and started blaming other things like my rack and pinion.i’ve got several opinions after in & out tire & nothing wrong with my car.everyone has said i got a bad alignment.worse experience ever.
