In-N-Out Burger, Northridge CA

Terrible customer service. They were holding my order for 10 mins by the drive thru window where I was supposed to get the order. Meanwhile they prepared tens of other orders. They gave me my order right away when I told them that I can’t wait anymore because there is a child in the car.

Absolutely the best burger and fries of the in-n-out franchise that I have tried. Team @3: 00pm 6/15/2021 amazing job thank you!

Great spot. Unfortunately for us fortunately for them their always busy. Worth the wait do. Great cust service.

In-N-Out Burger is a California favorite they have a secret menu. Grilled cheese sandwiches.veggie sandwiches. 3 by 3.4 by 4.animal fries.cheese fries.meat patties by themselves.two meat patties with cheese they call a Flying Dutchman.

Best hamburgers ever, taste great every burger is cooked with love you could taste it in every bite. Umm um umm "just talking about IN- N- OUT burgers got me hungry, Ima go get one now. "

The usual efficient, good service that you get at In-N-Out. The line gets awkward to get to, though. You're not sure where it ends coming from the south and it's an awkward U-turn coming from the north.

If you have 30+ minutes to wait for a burger that is just okay then this is the place. This place is always slow and never great

A guilty pleasure - every employee at this location is always friendly. Group inside is as well plus efficient.

Can't go wrong with an animal style cheeseburger, fries and a coke. With some spread on the side to dip the fries! YUM

My son and I love this place! One of our favorite fast food. If you are new to this order your burger and fries animal style. The burger will come with lettuce tomato grilled onion and pickle. Fries come with cheese spread and grilled onions it is delicious.

It's in-n-out burger. It's always exactly what it is. It's a great burger, good fries, generally a long line, and good milkshakes. This place is no exception. This is a walk up / drive through place only. No inside seating.

The best hamburgers in the world. You can get double double animal you can get a triple triple animal or 4 x 4 animal all the way up to 6 by 6 and 8 by 8 if you want. Fresh cut fries real milkshakes and service with a smile

The food just did not taste right! The meat tasted as if it was sitting outside of the regrigerater for too long. The taste was so bad I just threw out the burger. Idk maybe I was just unlucky.

In and out that's what it is only bummer is there is no inside seating butt it's all right sitting on the corner outside and enjoying a burger watching the cars drive by it doesn't affect the customer at all but the workers are all inside a small little area it must be a hot bummer in there for them there is two drive-thrus the traffic often spills out into the street so some horn honking may go on

Service is always superb, food is freaking delicious, but its usually a long wait due to its popularity, also its a drive thru only so keep that in mind
