I used to work at In-N-Out for about 7 years.and this new location has everything going for it! Long lines but without the LONG waiting. Quick and efficient. Clean and shiny. There has yet to be any incorrect orders and the food is simply delicious.
Love there food. But I spent over 20min in line. Ridiculous! Normally they are quick and fast! Disappointed.
Oh my lands, guys! Go to this fast food restaurant! It has such a clean, wholesome feeling as soon as you walk in. And the burgers and fries are spectacular!
This is the newest In n Out here in Bakersfield and it's not quite up to par with the many others that I have visited
Love the food but the girls keep getting the orders wrong we had to wait and they still messed it up but you got to love the burgers not the fries
Ordered a strawberry shake. Makes me so mad that they start the drinks when order is placed. By the time I got to window it was like pink liquid. I said is the shake machine broken today. The gal said no why? I said because this is super watery. The gal said I can make you another one. I said the would be great!
The new location is very nice, customer service is great but maybe it's just me, but it seems the burger patties are getting smaller and smaller? I remember back to when I enjoyed my first In n Out burger but now they just don't seem to have any flavor either. And as has always been the case, you better have a full tank of gas if you're planning on doing the drive thru cuz there is ALWAYS a line!

They were very fast and it was very cheap considering I got 1 burger, 1 animal fry, and 2 small shakes it was only 12.99. Very happy with my service my cashier was very kind even though I was struggling to get my wallet out of my bag
I had the #3 on menu. I ordered it without bread, and wrapped with lettuce instead. I'm not one to complain but it was very messy, dripping from bottom, and accesiv leaf lettuce. This was my first experience eating it this way at In N Out. I am a cook by trade and have to say Your new establishment on Rosedale 0ff 99 in Bakersfield is booming with business. They just need to make it consistent with other In n out restaurants. So sorry, but I needed to let you all know about this. Thank you.
