In-N-Out Burger, Riverside CA

Loved my protein burger. Such a long line but always worth it. We ate on the patio which was shaded and clean. Service always impeccable

Don’t know if my stuff was just sitting but it’s dumb when you wait over 10 minutes to still get cold overcooked super hard fries and undercooked burger even the drink was flat could’ve atleast got one thing in the order right

I love in and out! I've never once had an order be wrong, price is better than any other burger place and you can't beat the taste.

It's just the drive thru line at this particular one? I was there almost an hour and only 10 cars ahead of me.

It's probably just a one time thing, but I was trying cooked by the sun. Only my left arm is pink, that don't look weird at all.

When choosing a lane in the drive thru, know that for this particular location, you'll end up paying for your meal through e driver's side if you pick the right lane. You'll end up paying through the passenger's side if you pick the left lane.

Workers try their best despite the long lines & are friendly. Food is a good as any Inn & out

Quality burger! Great service. Plan your visits before or after the lunch & dinner hours. However, they do have staff collecting orders along the driveway to speed up the service.

If you don't mind the wait, use the drive thru. If you haven't had one, order the 4 x 4 animal style with grilled onions. Be prepared to get a handful. A messy handful. You can also get the fries animal style.

I haven't had this restaurant at all until tonight but it is SO GOOD.

I'm not upset about the long wait because it means that the food is GOOD.

My boyfriend and I ordered the Double-Double meal (me without Onion and him with Onion). The wait was long, as mentioned earlier, but I figured out why it was worth it. Those fries taste so good and then the burger CRUNCHED. I never hear a crunch from a burger unless it's a good one. And this one was a good one. I had to take a second to sit there in surprise because the flavor and the crunch just got me excited.

Everything was so good and cheap. Our whole meal was $19.18, which was surprisingly cheap for food like that. Honestly, would 100% have it again. The food was amazing and the price is great for what you're getting.

Great food, friendly staff and lots of outside seating. This is an outdoor eating or drive thru facility only. There is no indoor lobby. You can order through the double drive thru or the outside walk up window.

The food is always fresh and the lines move very quickly, even during the busy times. Staff is always friendly.

This In-N-out is only Drive through. (also Very long line)
You can have seat but It's all outside with Windy area.

Small crew, having a hard time dealing with lots of customers. So plan to walk in instead of driving through

Eat at this location pretty often, alot of times everything is fine, but theres been just too many times where it's not, from hair in the food to uncooked fries to a mystery item (picture included) in my fries, this place just has too many issues and they don't like to take responsibility instead they just pawn you off, and if you know in n out nobody wants to wait 45 minutes in line to get a mystery surprise food wad in their freezing cold fries, I'm done with this place it's just too much.

Employees at pickup window were not wearing masks or gloves. And were found inspecting food with their bare hands. Customers with minimum orders were not entertained like others. Similarly the employees working in the prep room were also not wearing masks. Wait time 20 to 25 minutes. Food quality and taste was excellent.

The line here takes forever. Their wasn't that many cars in line so I decided to go through the drive thru and I waited 45 minutes to just place my order. Was an hour in line before I received my food.

I am not from CA. I came here in 2005 to visit with my ex. Everyone I have ever met from Cali raves about in-and-out so I had to try it. In 2005, my experience was meh. An OK burger, decent fries, decent price. Just meh. My daughter is now sixteen and lives here, so when I told her I didn't care for it, she pointed out that I was wrong. We went, I got a double and animal style fries. I'm not too proud to say I was wrong. I just had a bad experience first go round. Burger was great, animal style fries were amazing. Would recommend. Just bear in mind their is not many choices but toppings you can have any way you like.

I decided I would arrive early 10: 40 a.m. Ordered my food. At window gave girl gift card had $1.41. She didn’t know what to do. By the time I got my food it was cold.
Employees weren’t wearing. If I would have know this I wouldn’t have gone. Very disappointed.

Their hamburgers and french fries are awesome but they are forever horrendously over packed no matter what time of day I go there.

Exactly what I ordered, Inn and Out always gives me diarrhea but I can't help getting it. I think it has to do with the way they clean the place, burger was hot fries were fresh and the tea was ice cold.
