In-N-Out Burger, San Jose CA

Burgers are always the best! Fries could be improved but I appreciate how incredibly fresh they are. If only every company operates as efficiently. I have never met an employee who didn't look genuinely happy to be working there:)

Still my favorite burger joint after all these years. Can't go wrong with a 4x4 with animal style on the burger. Shout out to the crew at San Jose location by the airport. They are always awesome

The lines are always long as hell, but the quality of the burger and the ingredients have no equal. I'm a 3x3 protein style guy myself. The staff is always friendly.

I've been to a lot of in-n-outs and they always seem to be on top of getting orders right. Our guy Saul messed up both of our orders. Luckily the wait was long and my wife looked at the receipt and found the problems. We were able to get another worker to pencil in the changes and we received what we attempted to order. Maybe Saul needs to slicing french fries.

Great location. Burgers are good. Delicious animal fries and great service. In and out is great location for fast food amazing service and nice people. Cheeseburger is good we love double double and there are many other options and even secret menus that you check in Internet and ask for it at any facility- I highly recommend In and Out.

This place is a hit or miss. I realize that being near a stadium and airport can cause a lot of traffic and impact the quality of service. That being said, I usually have an ok to good experience. Yesterday, on the way home from the mall in San Jose, we stopped for a grilled cheese, extra toasted. The Cheese was not melted at all and the tomato was not very fresh.

I will continue to go back maybe once every couple of months but not really expecting super high quality.

I would rate it 3.5 stars if I could, but anyways, the burgers were really good but the fries on the other hand, by themselves they tasted like roasted polystyrene foam (Styrofoam). Even with ketchup they tasted like tomato-y, Styrofoam-y, wood-y, fries. However, the service wasn't half bad.

A must-have on the west coast! Affordable, delicious, fresh-tasting burgers and fries. We got ours animal style. This location had employees outside working the drive thru line to take orders in advance which kept the long line moving along quickly and efficiently. We would definitely go back, regardless of the lunchtime crowd!

Great place to get Burgers, "Delicious". Nice and friendly employees always greeting customers with a smile and that makes my day Wonderful.

Come on it's In-N-Out! We were starving after our long flight and this one was conveniently next to San Jose Airport. Clean, faster than expected and tasty.

I love In n Out! This rating and review is completely bias. I've never had a bad experience at any In n Out location I've been too.they will always be 5 stars unless something INSANE happens at one

Burgers were made good, we had ordered grilled cheese. When we reached home, we found meat? On the buns. Cross contamination is Something not expected from a giant like In n Out

In and out is always a place you have to go to queue up, but the burgers, when “animal style” are fantastic for the price

The line can get long when waiting for drive through. I waited about 25 minutes from start to finish. But the food is great so it’s worth it

This is probably the dirtiest In-N-Out I've been to, but the team is friendly and get you food quickly, which is the point of a fast food place, I guess!

I like that hamburger but this time they told me the worst service is this and I had to wait a long time for almost an hour and again my hamburger is given to me cold and in another restaurant franchise they give you a cold hamburger this time I am deserved with in -n-out

1st time visitors from Ohio. We enjoyed the options of burgers with lettuce instead of buns, and the fries animal-style are scrumptious!
