In-N-Out Burger, Poway CA

Normally I would have said it's great.cause, well it's in and out however today, not so much. But everyone has a bad day.
So next time.

I have to say that this was the best In-N-Out location I have have been to. The drive-through lines moved fast, the employees were friendly & on-top of things, & the burger I ordered with extras was spot on. Great job!

This is an In N Out. Let's be honest you already know this is some of the best fast food hamburger around. Put your phone down and order that double double.

Drive through packed early evening with everyone getting off work.

Good burgers, their fries could be better but the service is good and you can't go wrong with a fast food joint that is owned and operated by Christians, look for the Bible passages printed on the bottom of the sandwich wrapper.

This hamburger chain went from being okay to the most disgusting food in San Diego. Don't eat this poison it'll put you in an early grave

It was a great choice for a burger dinner. I've always love the cheeseburgers and fries here. I like how the food comes out exactly the way it looked at their menu boards. It was a busy rush hour evening, but with all their well trained Stuff, they got all their customers out with their food quickly. It was truly a In-N-Out situation for the evening with the fresh vegetables, grilled onions and good meat in my cheeseburger. I was satisfied with my dining experience.

I am one of the few in Southern California that do not Rave Over In and Out Burgers. I think the burger is just okay and the meat patty is weak. The french fries are awful but the service is good and the shakes are great so I'll give it a four star.

Need professional cashier's to take orders since they make huge mistakes to take orders. No so nice to go back and forwards to have the order straight. They go so fast for the orders and make huge mistakes and happen to me twice with my family. Very bad service.

This is a very nice In-N-Out. It was clean and the staff are friendly and nice. One of them even came by to check and see how everything tasted and that we were pleased with our order. Food came out quickly and was done just right.

The only thing I would say they could improve is having a no touch open for the restroom door. One of those foot grips so you could pull the door with the toe of your shoe, since the door doesn't swing out. Still five star, just sayin'. We can always use a paper towel for the door handle, so no biggie. Good job!

Another great experience! I had a protein burger (no bun). If you tell them gluten allergy, they totally get that and you can eat safely, even with Celiac Disease. They listen and they serve well. Food is fantastic as always!

Good inexpensive food as always. Great service. The touch less drink machines are pretty cool. It's like a magic trick!

If you dining in its not packed and there is plenty of seating outside. Like most In-N-Out establishments the drive thru line is long but the wait is bearable. Great customer service and a clean facility.

Great hamburger. Make sure to ask for a 3x3 if a double double isn't cutting it for you, since it's a lot more food for a little more price

Classic car show here today, but usually pretty quiet on a Saturday. Still the food is consistent and good. And you can get it your way in the usual manner. They did anticipate the crowd and device was excellent.

Great location, seemed like better quality than other In-N-Out locations as well. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Why would you go anywhere else? Animal style burgers are the best. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and even though line is always super long, they make it quick.

Location provides the same in n out we all love. Parking lot design isn't great for busy times for the drive thru. Both staff I spoke with were kind and friendly. Area was clean and well cared for. This location is pretty busy around lunch time with so many offices near by. Faster service during the weekend while businesses are closed

Very nice location not busy when we're there. Food was great and cooked as ordered. Customer service was great. Only minus one star due to the self serve drink and ice machine. The have a sensor that you have too place two fingers between sensor. Didn't work well and was confusing. Just go back to pushing on tab to dispence.
