8Always great quality! I always order my burgers protein style without the dressing; love the taste of the grilled cheese and whole grilled onions. Great shakes and french fries, my hubby likes to order them well done so they are a little crispier. They taste like waffles when dipped in the milkshake. I normally order 2 cheeseburgers wrapped in lettuce rather than one double-double because I want the extra lettuce. However, sometimes the day calls for bread and all!
Drive-thru was surprisingly fast I ordered three by three and it was really really good also the lady working or taking the orders at the drive-thru was very very custard-friendly so thank you
Of course the food was great) despite an extremely long line it moved remarkably fast. Don't let the long line deter you from going.
Please ask car to pull forward will getting orders traffic blocking. I ask for secret sauce, they gave ketchup and forgot give me straws
The customer service provided by employee named Emily was terrible absolutely terrible and inappropriate and also there was an eyelash in one of my fries. I think the way that that particular employee who what appear to be a manager, conducts herself while addressing a customer and her fellow staff it's just ridiculous. I also plan on calling the corporate number about these issues. Outrageously unacceptable.
Their burgers are great although I wish the buns weren't as greasy as they are.
Also, the drive-thru can get really congested at various times of the day, with the latest time I went through, it took over 30 minutes to get my order and drive out of there.
As always they were very busy.
I have yet to find a company where employees are so happy.
Even the young woman who was cooking the burgers standing there with her beautiful pregnant belly had great big smile on her face.
