In-N-Out Burger, Westlake Village CA

I heard about In-N-Out being a good place to try. Personally, it wasn’t anything special but a nice experience to try. Highly recommend just doing take out since it was PACKED when I went.

Definitely plan ahead because you will be waiting and most likely will not find a table to eat at.

If you just want a burger, this is your place. But again, nothing special.

This particular one had really good service. They handled the crowds well while always being courteous.

I can't remember the last time in-n-out got an order wrong. I asked for my usual order, receipt shows Extra Lettuce but looks like Extra meant No Lettuce today.

Every other state has its state flower or animal. California has its state burger and it's the reason why Californians get homesick after traveling awhile. Enough said!

Quick service, very accommodating, even if you order a burger with only a patty and raw onions. If you don’t like their fries you probably just don’t like potatoes.

It's almost always has a line out the parking lot during lunch and dinner. But otherwise busy but not bad.

Fries were dry and hard, burger was cold, service was poor, place was dirty, ketchup was empty.

I dined here with an 8 year old who is a little shy but we are working on building her confidence and speaking up. The staff were very accommodating and attentive when she went to the counter to ask for stickers and a side of spread. Both of our orders were made correctly. One was a plain cheeseburger with only ketchup, french fries, and an original single cheeseburger with chopped chilis. The only disappointment is that in and out corporate has changed their chilis to be banana peppers and not the spicier chili peppers that they used to source. In and out is reliable for a quick meal that hits that burger craving.

I cannot say enough about the staff of this location of In-N-Out Burger. Whole family converged on this location for a recent graduation. Happily sharing dinner with our kids who hadn’t experienced an In-N-Out before, as sadly we live far away from this institution. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. One particular employee took the time to deliver the straws for the chocolate shakes as we forgot them on the way to the outdoor seating. What a great example of going out of her way to serve their customers! That was very much appreciated and a sure sign that the In-N-Out culture cultivates in its staff members. So happy to know they are there and doing great work. This location is highly recommended. Enjoy!

I’ve had in n out hundreds of time and this place served up potentially the best in n out I’ve ever had. It’s also a nicer-than-usual in n out. Recommend
