In-N-Out Burger, West Sacramento CA

I’ve been too all the in n outs possible, this is by far the best one i’ve been to- this location has the sweetest and friendliest staff ever! They’re super fast, gets your food to you quickly! If you’re in town or passing through definitely the location to stop by

Everything I've come to expect from In N Out.
-long line at the Drive Thru
-pleasant, smiling employees (dressed like it's still the late-1940s)
-exceptionally tasty food, that is
-still less expensive than every other fast food good chain

But West Sacramento is still as dingy as ever (the homeless guy digging through the garbage at the exit of the drive-thru added that little extra I just don't see at any other In N Out)

I am not a big burger or fast food consumer. I do believe In and Out is clean, the staff bust their ars to keep the process moving and my burger and fries seem fresh and free of sauces and products I avoid. When I feel like some fast food. In and Out is the place if a burger feels right.

In-N-Out Burger is a must-see when you come to California! Although there are other chain burger restaurants, each of which has its own supporters, the difference between in&out and other restaurants is that the menu does not sell many items. Therefore, the meal can be very customized and the amount of tomato, onion, and lettuce can be increased without price increase~ You can choose raw onion or fried onion. If you don’t want to eat too many carbohydrates, you can choose protein style and use lettuce instead of hamburger buns. French fries are optional Light fried/normal/fry well with different crispness, French fries are freshly cut and fried in the store.etc, there are many secret menus on the Internet, so I won't introduce them one by one. The most important thing is that in&out hamburger steak insists on making only the beef of the day, so the store can only be opened where the factory can deliver the goods within one day, so there are not branches everywhere, usually only concentrated in the west coast states and certain cities. Overall, don’t miss it when you pass by~~

Quick on and off the freeway. Fast service and an empty dining room greeted us today. This was surprising because it was right at dinner time.

Every location of this franchise is exactly what one expects.

A hamburger chain that has yet to enter Japan. Stopped by after visiting the Old Sacramento Historic District. The taste was very good. There is also Five Guys on site, so I think you should look at the menu and choose one.

It's always a great place to go when wanting a burger. Staff is always polite, nice, and courteous. The bathrooms are always clean. Tables are always clean whether they are inside or outside. I always recommend In-N-Out Burger to anyone who hasn't gone to it and had a burger there.

I love In-N-Out the food is always amazing but not this time. I came in with my family and we ordered a lot more fries and food then usual. I don’t remember exactly but I think I ordered around 9 fries for everyone. I didn’t check the bag until I was on the highway but when everyone ate the fries they were hard as rock. It felt like they reheated 2 day old fries, you literally couldn’t chew them either. Wish they did better, I will come back but hope I don’t encounter this again.

So I rarely write bad reviews let me explain, I love in N out and I usually have maybe 3 per week. I have tried more than 30 branches and all were amazing. So I went here recently and I got what I usually get, but it was extremely salty to the point I couldn't finish food. I told employee about my food and they just said sorry 1 word. Why can't you just replace my food? It literally cost them nothing. Very bad experience in this branch!

No one to take orders while in drive through- so it took 20 minutes yo get food through drive through, a bit disappointing!

Great location! Clean, not overly busy, prompt friendly service, and good food. Keep up the great work!

Always crowded here given its location. Service is good not great. But they’re all hard workers at In-N-Out. I’ll be back if I’m in the area

You can always count on In-n-Out to have great food and customer service. No matter how many times I go there the food never fails to satisfy. This location was very clean and we got our food quickly.

I never understood the long lines for these burgers, except, they are currently the ONLY fast food chain burger I’ll eat now.

Very good burgers. Highly recommend the grilled onions on your cheeseburger. Fries are always good. Love the pink lemonade they offer as well. Place is always busy. Because there so good.

Strawberry shake wasn't very cold and the chocolate shake could have used more chocolate.

In n out in no time. Came at the right time of day around 2: 30 pm. Truly lived up to their name!

Not only was the food fresh and delicious as always, but the staff are genuine.
I left my purse behind after we finished eating yesterday and after speaking to the customer service line they confirmed the manager had my purse in a safe waiting to be picked back up! We got my purse back no problem with the cash and all my cards still in place! Thankful there are still good people in this world! Thank you so much to the manager and staff at this location
