26Staff needs to focus more on working and less on talking waited a long time on the window at the drive through because staff was busy talking about a concert and their personal lives
50 years still have everything in house even advertising finally own nothing's changed but the thickness of the meat, you need a double double to make up for a burger from long ago.
Who doesn't like in and out? Yum. This location customer service sucked. Employees personalities where horrible. Acted like they were forced to be there. Won't come back to this location if one is closer.
Been here twice at this location. One time drive thru and the other inside and only busy in the drive thru. Both times been disappointed. I don't know what it is but this is not the best in and out. Drive thru experience: got my food and drive off started on my fries first and had to turn around. They were cold and over cooked where it was just hard crips. Walk in: ordered and my mom had to re repeat her order. Then when they verified the order I had to adjust hers and the girl couldn't understand that I was telling her to keep the sauce on, had to keep saying no I don't want another drink she wants sauce on the burger. 15 mins later we get our food and my mom's burger is still wrong. 6 mins later she gets to eat after we are all done. Probably will drive to Menifee or the Temecula location as I have never ever had issues at those locations and they are always fill inside and out lol.
It's In N Out.great prices great food.but I have to say. I think dicks in Washington might have them beat
The burgers and fries here were fresh and tasty. The staff is extremely courteous. It was very busy when we went there (around 5 pm on a Sunday) so there was a wait but totally worth it.
