Too crowded
Paying membership and Gym not even open. These people with 5 star review don't go to this gym. I have never seen any of them.

Happy about the pool lane reservations. Wish they had more disinfectant bottles in general. People will use them if provided.

To many people. Great gym but there at least 100 people in there at once plus the wifi dont work well because everyone is connected

I recently took a tour of your facility. I was VERY impressed with the knowledgeable and super friendly, helpful staff! The women's locker room/showers were sooooo nice. Everything was super clean. I joined!

Variety of exercise options. Close to my house (Lake LA) where nothing is. Love they have a pool & water aerobics.

The Treadmill, Cherry at the front desk, u to Kevin, the weights The sit ups, the kettlebells, All of the above.

Best Prices, I am a very shy person to work out infront of people so I loved the idea of a women's little area that my husband could workout with me in. My son was so happy the kids Play Area. Very patient Caregivers. Best Gym I've been to!

The equipment is awesome, people are friendly, staff is amazing the classes are fun! Great stuff on the TV's, the Sana is nice and hot, jaccuzi is perfect to relax in, the pool looks sexy, the showers and locker room is always clean, and the protein bars and drinks there are tasty, and they have a nice play house for the kids. I would say, it's one pretty cool size mansion

Very clean, professional staff, everything works. Just wish they would stay open later on Saturdays and sundays atleast til 12.

Very clean, sometimes the machines are broken and the pool is down but its very nice. They have a sauna, cycle rooms, group fit, ladies room. They pretty much have it all

Very rude and careless crew،especially those who are at enterance registration.looks like you owe them something.

This place is a constant mess, everything is always in the incorrect location or just plain missing weight wise. The only reason I even got there at this point is because it's right next door. I just don't understand why this place is so discombobulated, can't even get all my workouts in, because I can't find anything. It's just so freakin messy.

Love this gym but HATE how they don’t stick to there Closing Time, online says they close til 12am Mon. - Friday but they be closing at 9pm

It’s just the nicest gym in the area. And staff is friendly and caring, the pool is always available to swim, kids zone is cheaper than my last one and it’s open longer and I always see three girls in there with the kiddos having fun and that bathroom is nice and clean and with a kid sized toilet. That’s not to say the women’s bathroom isn’t great, the bathrooms are always clean. You can tell you care about your establishment. And I don’t smell a bunch of air fresheners which I’m so thankful for that. It can’t get any better. I am glad I found you guys <3

Really clean gym. Good maintenance team and super nice staff. Could use a cross fit area for sure. Love love the aqua hydro massage beds!

Always super dirty! I've called corporate and emailed faculty manager, no change. Came in just now, no desk greeting, no goodbye. Rude, and Dirty as hell! "AS ALWAYS"! 3 people at the desk doing nothing at my expense. Un-racked weights everywhere on a slow day even. This location is always low standard, I don't have a problem at the other locations, just this one. I'm finally leaving my public bad review, due to no changes over the years, they must not care. This is me putting my foot down! Don't waste your time here. Go to west palmdale.

I go there and the manager is soooo rude, super ghetto place.i also heard one of the girls in my class got everything robbed from her locker that’s supposed to be “safe” dont go here unless you want to get disrespected by the manager or robbed.

I love this gym I love the classes and the instructors all the staff is very nice but my favorite is Cody he helps keep me motivated by giving me great praises everytime I come in I feel like I can reach my goal here and they are very clean I love that they always have sanitizing spray and towels located everywhere this is my happy place dont for get the free gifts for checking in

Nice gym, has pool, spa, sauna, all the machines needed, plus free weights, and clean showers. Throw in an excellent day care for the little ones. Been going here for a couple of years, no complaints.
