I didn’t have a membership but the staff helped me out to get one. The staff was amazing and treated me extremely well. I definitely recommend talking to Esmeralda at the front desk.

Get these employees some help in kid zone and just more employees on the clock at a time in general

Had a fun swim in the pool with a day pass while we stayed over in Bakersfield. Will definitely be doing it again next time we're in town. Nice service at the front and good facilities throughout.

I just came back from summer vacations and I finally decided to go the gym. Well, I don’t know what happened but this gym started to look a lot like the White Ln gym. The men’s locker room was so dirty and the pool was so hazy and dirty like it hasn’t been sanitized in a long time. I was so disgusted and disappointed. I’m so ready to cancel my membership.

Racquetball courts need more attention, very dusty. Changing room by pool, needs attention. Yhe6 did get massage chairs though

I love the pool and the use of the app for the convenience of scheduling everything I need.

I enjoy swimming, taking classes, using the steam and sauna rooms after my workouts and enjoying talking to people.

I was very impressed by the kindness of the employees when I first arrived. Two in particular. I believe their names were Eric and Kevin. Eric was very clear and concise about payment options and Kevin took me on a tour and when I asked about cold therapy he immediately got on his phone and researched locations in Bakersfield, despite receiving no direct benefit in doing so. These individual are competent and kind. Very happy to have met them.

I suffer from social anxiety and struggle being in crowds. Working out helps my mind process though faster as I'm on a tred mill. The machines are clean and up to date.

Awesome location. Staff is always friendly and professional. Everyone working out there is helpful. Only down fall is it's usually hella packed from like 5-9pm. Which is understandable, however, they should have more equipment. Nevertheless, still a great gym.

According to the front desk members; everyone is allowed to bring their own speakers and play loud music. No, thank you.

I love the fact that it has swimming pool available and all the equipment of weights that is possible and needed. The staff are all awesome, sweet, kind and professional. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to us and the gym.

Trainer talk me into buying personal training sessions. I didn’t use them all up and the Trainer said I wouldn’t lose them and a year later i dont have any left. I call the main office and they said i lost them since I didn’t use them and i dont get any money back and they wont give we a copy of the contract so dont go here there all about the money not for there Customer. Beware DONT GO HERE

Front desk staff and management, Jay (WHEN THERE) are highly unpleasant and unprofessional. Front desk staff member, Esmerelda don't appear to like her job, rolling her eyes. Extremely rude. Machines always out of order.
