I was running on one of the treadmills here and I think the treadmill was broken or not maintained properly because I've been having knee pain for months now ever since.

This gym needs a little bit more care there are work out stations on the second floor where the full body work out is that stay out of service for weeks when I walk out of the men's locker room I smell a horrible odor right the by exit that cant be healthy the sauna rarely works the steam room is exceptional I wish they stayed open later then 8 on Saturdays and Sundays some inconvenience at this one forsure

My husband and I went to workout for the 3rd time this week and I couldn't leave his side again for one minute without young girls talking dirty to my husband and offering to take him home or wanting to sit on his lap. Is this where girls go to get laid? So disgusting. Are all gyms like this? !

I’m giving a 1 start to In-Shape, the equipment is always broken they months to do anything about it, the bathrooms are always dirty and it’s always crowded with multiple groups of people that are not there to work out, they are there to socialize and to be on their phones taking the opportunity for others to use the machines and actually workout.
They also don’t have enough towels and spray to clean the machines.

This gym has classes and amenities I like such as reserved indoor lane pool, massage chairs, yoga, and aquatic. The biggest problem has been communication. They have a great app that can be used to notify members about pool closures.they've just started using that in the last couple weeks. There has been a sign on the massage chairs for 2 weeks telling members how to use them -it is incorrect. The folks at the front desk are great I think management needs to step it up.

The hours are great for me, it's bigger than people would think but feels comfortable and cozy. There's a lot of amenities, good classes and good equipment, plus the price is great.

This company and its staff couldn't care less about people. General manager is useless and customer service means nothing.

I am presently looking for another gym. I joined specifically to enjoy the aqua aerobics. It seems the pool has been closed as much as it is open since I became a member. PLUS.just 2 days a week for this class isn't enough. Yes, I know you have a different instructor for an evening class, but those of us that only come out in the morning hours just aren't interested in that class. I tried Zumba.made my knees hurt. I enjoy the circuit, but people aren't cleaning the machines like they should and being an elderly person, I have a real problem with that. It's just not a fun, safe place for older people.

I give this gym a solid 4.5 stars.

Has all the necessary equipment and amenities to get a good sweat in.

Also my man Tim is constantly cleaning and I appreciate that man. People tend to complain about stuff being dirty but don't do their part to help out to keep the facility clean.

All the staff is friendly.

My only complaints here are protein shakes or drinks are expensive! And the water fountains never work? They need to upgrade to the bottle dispensers in the wall. Free weights area can use some updating as well.

I’m in my third month at this location and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t find it to be overcrowded at all, but I go around 10 am. Everyone seems pretty mellow. It’s not a show-off place with loud music and meatheads banging weights around. All of the equipment seems to be in working order. When something is down, it’s only for a few days, and there’s enough pieces to find an alternative.

In the many clubs I have been associated with, this the best, why, because we have an outstanding manager

This location has been in slow decline.
I and a great number of members share our common issues with this location and seem in consensus with the same issues.
Our concerns were repeatedly passed on to the manager (Marisa)
She promises, promises and deflect our voices by giving pat answers and in my case as I told her to no avail.
Employee turnover and front desk poor customer service adds to the problems.
She knows exactly what I’m referring to and several of these issues has been brought to the health department for health and safety concerns.
I would not refer anybody to this location
All other locations of this franchise perform well, but this location from manager to staff is the problem.
All other “ storys “ from her are not my concern
What is a concern is that feces in the hot tub is just another example of their current situation

I have been a member for 3 years at the Woodland location. I love the Zumba and Body Pump classes. The instructors are amazing! Actually that's all I really go for. 4 days a week. The AC has been an issue fora while but las week the studio room felt like the sauna. With 28+ bodies dancing and no AC was horrible. I had to walk out because it was too hot. I communicated it to the front desk but was told that their managers were not there and they were the only ones that had the key to control the AC. I don't know what managers they are talking about. In the evenings all I see are the teenagers at the front desk that when confronted with a with a cituation they don't know how to handle it.
The rest of the facility was nice and cool but the studio room was ridiculously hot. I asked if we could get a fan, they did bring one but it was a small personal fan that did nothing to drop the temperature in that room. This is very disturbing, I felt like I was going to pass out and had to stop and walk out. The floor gets moist and makes moving your feet very difficult to where shoes grip too much and you start tripping. I hope this problem gets fixed soon or I might just start looking for another gym.

In-Shapes' 29-Minutes Circuit is back on track and so am I in my exercise routine. Gym leadership has the circuit running in working order and went beyond expected with new padding on some of the machines. Donna, the awesome coach of the circuit, had a full class today which added fun to my return to the circuit. Hats off to In-Shape for their responsiveness in addressing the issues!

Lots of recent improvements. Great class selection with a variety of instructors.
Second time class is not when it's advertised. Very unprofessional.

This club has a worst staff an management so rude an the people that go there are so incredibly rude talk about being in a ghetto low class environment saw people get in physical fights in front of me low class people go here if you like rude low class people around you that would fight you like a low class area in the ghetto this is your place cancelled my membership within a week never again defiantly not recommended

If you have kids just have in mind that even when you pay monthly for this service not always have a babysitter available. I know that some places are having trouble finding people that want to work but this issue it’s been passing for a long time

The classes are good. The facility is falling apart. I was a member at the beginning. I've been back (1yr.) Reporting things that need fixing.its still the same. I may need another gym.

I like the fees, the fact that they have a child care area, the amenities, the different classes n schedules, I think they should add an extra zumba class since the staff know the evening one gets full right away, I have been there a month n still not able to get in one class
