In-Shape Health Clubs, Victorville CA

I go here regularly. Everything is great but the showers smell like an open sewer. I feel like they could definitely afford to hire more maintenance people and buy the proper tools like a power washer to keep the bathrooms clean, but for some reason they don't which is a shame because this is a really nice gym with all the amenities one could ask for. If this gets through to management, please do something about this and don't ignore the problem.thank you for coming to my TED talk

In-Shape gym in Victorville, CA has a very nice staff. Kept very clean and well stocked with soap, disinfectant and paper goods. The rowing machine, pool and circuit training are my favorites to fulfill my one hour, five day per week workout. Gotta move!

This gym is amazing! If you are not a member you should be! The pool, jacuzzi, and relaxation pools are amazing. The fitness instructors Michelle, and Tar are awesome!

What I like most about In-Shape is the many different classes and all the wonderful instructors. Jocelyn especially goes above and beyond to make all members reach their goals. Jocelyn is very knowledgeable and shares her expertise with everyone and is always available to answer any questions you may have. My only complaint is how dirty they have allowed the floors and mirrors from the classroom Group X to become. The filth and unsanitary conditions are very visible and show neglect. I'm hopeful that these conditions will be remedied soon.

I've been attending in-shape for the past 3 years. I love the fact that they have a variety of classes and hundreds of machines so you never get bored.

Best gym in the High Desert - clean, patrons are friendly and respectful, and the staff members are professional.

The people at this gym is so polite and helpful. I arrive almost daily, and I am greeted by Ricky. I am also lucky to have exercise, swimming instructors, Francine, and Tar. I’m sorry I can’t remember the guys that repair the exercise equipment, but those two guys are always kind and polite. I especially enjoyed the track upstairs my safety is always a plus and at this fitness center I always feel safe. The equipment is always clean and they’re are always different areas where you can have a good workout. Thank you for the great experience.

Shame on the club, they stole my car keys from my locker.then they opened the car and hid the money.no one from the club contributed to the search for the thief, no one apologized or showed sympathy.just terrible staff and attitude sucks

It's open, fairly clean facility with some exceptions but they are likely short staffed due to COVID-19 etc. Been a nice place for the past 3 years now. We'll see how next year is. Remodeling was a good thing, I've been going to the competition in the off months and they're too crowded, you can't squeeze into using equipment unless you go to free weights and then one bench is maybe all that's free. I like the New arrangement here at In-Shape. Seems to be working so far. Just coming back so we'll see how things shape up? !?

People are friendly and it's clean. There's a POOL and a special room for ladies to work out.

I love in shape but they really have to do something about the heating of the pool. The pool is way too cold.

Pool, two spas, indoor track, new equipment, lots of functional areas, track reversal arrows so you don’t get bored walking in one direction, steam room, sauna, HITT classes, volleyball, child care, family times for swimming, massage tables, massage chairs, lots of functional areas… Did I say racketball too? Lockers and showers… Even a cycling room and others quieter rooms. They even have a 21-30 fast track toning area for timed speed workout. What more can you ask for? Oh, fun product give aways and staff with great attitudes! I think that’s it.

I love the “family” vibe here! Great for family and friends. Not for gym heads or “kids” trying to show off.

They have everything I needed to complete my workout especially sports related. Employees are respectful and are very helpful.

In my experience it is the best gym in the high desert, although I have not found a class where I feel welcome, the rest of the gym is awesome, very complete and it is 24 hours!

My review would be 5 stars because my son loves the kids club. They remodeled recently and have plenty of excellent equipment, the basketball court is gone and there’s a bunch of new equipment in that area too. The indoor track has always been a favorite because of the bipolar weather in the high desert. And for the most part it’s a pretty clean facility. But unfortunately there is no one on site willing to enforce any rules. Bring your loudest personal speaker so you and your friends can blast whatever expletive filled hip hop you feel like. F anyone else who doesn’t want to hear the N word on a loop. Bring your biggest gym bag (it seriously looks like some of you are packed for a week long cruise) and just leave it anywhere on the floor. If someone trips and gets hurt I hope they have good insurances
And wA. They also love to leave their bags on equipment their not using so I guess they don’t have to wait if someone else wants to use that equipment. This could be the best gym in the HD if management enforces the rules, no bags on the floor, no external speakers and no filming in the gym (no one wants to be on your horrible instagram workout video with 6 followers). Let the peacocks go elsewhere and enforce the rules!
