I am completely satisfied with Incentive Solar’s work: system design, installation and workmanship, and customer support. I thoroughly reviewed seven companies that service my area, spoke to sales managers several times at length, and received bids and a few contracts. I selected Incentive Solar for the following reasons: (1) My system cost just under $24,000. The other companies wanted $29,000 to $43,000 for comparable systems. (2) They modified the contract to meet my requirements. A contract from a competitor stated that work could within 9 months. When I asked for this to be changed I was told “the contract is the contract! ” (3) While other companies first communicated to me via zoom, the Incentive Solar Regional Sales Manager came to my house and measured by roof!
Incentive Solar’s team arrived on the dates promised and work was completed without delay. The team took care with my property and left no mess. The system has operated without any issues since it was installed. I highly recommend Incentive Solar.

I bought the best panels money can buy - Tesla so I chose the best company to install the system. Incentive Solar did a great job, and I am happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of going solar.

I contracted with Incentive Solar to add Tesla batteries to an existing system comprised of 3 different solar systems that had been added a various times- They did a great job of integrating the new Tesla batteries with multiple older and newer solar systems. There team had the knowledge and skilled technicians to compile them into one seamless cohesive system.
Having the battery storage has cut down on the power used in the 5-9 PM "peak energy" period, and lowered our utility costs.

I would recommend Incentive Solar to others. They displayed a depth of understanding and experience to work with multiple systems and trouble shoot and resolve the kinks that pop-up when you are working to integrate old and new systems.

Working with Cole Davis was an absolute pleasure. He was very informative and really knew his stuff! He came out right away to measure the roof and was quick to answer all of my questions and return my phone calls. Highly Recommended.

I spent many days researching and reviewing solar bids. Cole, with Incentive Solar, had the best customer service by far. I had a pretty good idea of what solar equipment I wanted a head of time, and he gave me exactly what I asked! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Through multiple conversations and site visits, Cole earned my trust as a client. He was competitive with his solar bid and worked diligently to outbid his competition. Cole is also very responsive. I am extremely pleased with Incentive solar from first talking to them to the complete installation of the job. I have a metal roof and not many solar companies will put panels on a metal roof. They did a lot of research as to the proper materials to use to mount the panels.
Everyone was extremely polite and respectful of my property. The installation went very smoothly.

I am very happy with my decision to have Incentive Solar install my solar panels. After researching a half dozen local solar companies, I found that Ben offered the most thorough explanation of the different types of solar panels and all about the installation process. Ben and his team did great work setting up my system and they were all extremely knowledgeable. It's a local, family owned business and they provide personalized service. Incentive Solar did a fantastic job getting my panels up. Cole explained to me in detail how Solar works and went through the details on how many panels I would need and the different finance options. He was professional and patient with me as I had many questions to ask. Greg and his crew went above and beyond of my expectations. Although there were some setback (which none was their fault), they were able to get me up and running. While going through permits the city found I had an unpermited patio and wouldnt allow the solars to be put up until that got resolved. Greg and his crew went above and beyond. In order for my permit to go through they found an engineer for me to draw up a built as plan design for my patio which was not easy as no one would take the job. Once they got that they were calling the city everyday and driving out an hour to 2 hours everday tonget to the city of Wildomar to get the permits squared away as the city was also un responsive at times. Everything that you think would go wrong actually went wrong lol and like I said none was Incentive Solars fault. But they tackled this job like Pros. As soon as they got the go ahead from the city they got my panels installed in a day. The whole crew at Incentive Solar is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get Solar

Full disclosure – I am a cost conscious engineer that analyzed the heck out of solar before making the decision 1 year ago. Fast forward, I am very happy with my investment decision. For some details, I chose Panasonic panels, they may cost a little more but I am in the manufacturing business and have firsthand experience and utmost respect for Japanese quality systems. Second, I chose the right solar company to work with – Incentive Solar. I tend to vector towards local family owned service businesses as I have lived in the same San Diego home for 28 years. They did an excellent job of explaining solar benefits, provided a well-thought-out design for my roof/location (see pic) and finished the installation on time. Bottom-line, my typical energy bill before solar averaged $300-400/month and last year it averaged $10/month. At this rate, my investment should pay off in < 5 years! As a side note, out of all the home improvements that I have made over the years, having solar had the most positive impact on a recent refinance home appraisal. Go solar, good for the environment, great for your pocketbook!
