We love eating here. Specially the burnt garlic chili (rice/noodles). However I feel the taste and quality has deteriorated over the past few years.

[Update]
We have been regular customers of this place, but of late they have been slipping up in the service department. Happened twice with us that the side of rice was missing from our order. When we called them, they shrugged that "rice is complimentary and we forgot to put it in". Not a satisfactory answer.

Food was good, but way tooo costly. The elderly person who takes order behaves as if he rules everyone inside the place. Not worth of money

Vegetarian-food only. Not many main course options though. Good indo-chinese food but nothing great. However, they did have some indo-chinese items that are uncommon (especially appetisers). Service is fine too. Timely and polite, but the server seemed to be in a rush and running around all the time.

Interesting place for Indian and Chinese dishes, and some Indo-Chinese renditions. We had a party of 8 and the waitstaff was attentive and did a great job. The older gentleman seemed to be a bit grumpy. One of the soups was not brought along with the rest and this person said it is because we ordered it late. Excuse me? Soups were alright. Crispy baby corn chilly, momos, were good. Chinese bhel lacked flavor. Paneer garlic was good. Veg Biryani was poor, more like a student version of fried rice, but it’s not a prudent choice to order a Biryani in an Indo-Chinese restaurant. Hakka Noodles was good, Singapore noodles was really bland. Cocktails seemed too pricey even by Murphy street standards. Overall, it was kind of hit and miss. Good to binge on some appetizers and drinks with colleagues, not to have a memorable dining experience with food as the highlight.

Beware they add some gratuity themselves and would want tip on top of it.

Food quality is deteriorating, we had not fully fried Manchurians, we were tasting a lot of raw corn starch.

The ambience was really good. We first ordered hot and sour soup which didn’t taste that good.
Then ordered pan fried chilli fish in starter which was really great. In the pic the one with red colour. In main course we ordered basil fried rice it had shrimp and chicken pieces the taste was great. In the pic the one sprinkled with spring onion.

Another main course was red chicken thai curry.they served it with plain rice. It also tasted good.the pic with black bowl.
The taste is more like coconut milk present in it.
The staffs were also good, everything was served in proper time. We were three and the quantity was sufficient. You can ask them to change the spiciness level based on your taste.
Also there’s parking space available right behind the restaurant.

I tried quite a lot vegetarian food from there. My favorite was pan fried chilli paneer in appetizer. I also loved the chilli burnt fried rice. Also cauliflower Manchurian is must try and the gravy for that is awesome. Noodles was OK but I would not try it again. For dessert I tried the fried ice cream and it was good too. Overall great indo Chinese food. I really wish the noodle becomes better. Price is on the higher side which is why 4 stars.

Let me give a background. I have been Inchin's customer for 4 years. I used to go here atleast once a week for happy hour at San Mateo. This review is for the Sunnyvale Downtown branch. I am standing outside the restaurant as I write this review. The host doesnt have a clue about how to treat customers. I ordered crispy baby corn chilli. They gave me half cooked. I asked them to make it more crispy. He said if was dining here he can do that. For takeout he cant do anything. I put the baby corn chilli in front of that guy, said 'I cant take it' and left.

This restaurant is just riding on the craze for indo-chinese cuisine and is failing miserably on maintaining basic quality. They served us old noodles that were stinky. One other dish was missing salt completely.

Food is very bad, Service is WORST!
Baby chilli corn was not cooked fully. Chilli garlic noodles didn’t have garlic & was not spicy, as indicated on the menu. Manchow soup tasted very weird.

Customer service was HORRIBLE. Waiters came to the table 2 times. I asked for warm water and they gave me tap water microwaved for 30 seconds. No one came for 2nd time to refill even regular water. I asked for chilli sauce and it never came.

Never going back again to Inchin Bamboo!

Went last week. Loving the place for fried ice cream.menu quantity was filling! Less staffs were there so it took time for getting our order but that’s ok due to pandemic I guess.

I ordered my food through DoorDash, and my pickup time was provided to me at a certain time. I went there exactly at the pickup time, but my order was not ready. I had to wait for nearly 1.5 hours. This is really inefficient on their part, and they gave me a really wrong estimate of the pick up time. I saw a lot of customers in a similar situation.

The hot and sour soup had all the salt for the meal. Literally the chicken Manchurian had no salt whereas the soup was so salty, it wasn’t even eatable. Not happy with this take out order

Was picking up a togo order by ordering through doordash. The person at the counter didn't give any respect for doordash orders or people picking up. Food is decent but wouldn't come here again seeing the bad treatment! Very dissapointing

The food quality and quantity degraded over time along with the customer relationship.though the street side noodles still stands out best in the area, a must order every time.hope they will work more on the customer connect once it opens for indoor dining.a lot people I know avoid this place due to the rude behavior of the restaurant management.

Pickup or delivery is not worth the money, items are expensive and quality and the taste is not as good as it used to be earlier. Ordered food for spouse's birthday dinner, and later regretted doing it.: (

Inchin Sunnyvale Location is just an example of how not to run a consumer business. They have not figured out how to deal with online orders and delivery and as a result there are 100+ people waiting for 2-3 hours on New Year's Eve at the Sunnyvale location and beyond not delivering the food the resturant management lacked customer compassion. Consumer business that does not like customers is a 'dead'ly combination.

Restaurant is not following covid-19 safety measures. I was here to pickup my order. However there was only one entrance for this restaurant for pickups and the restaurant wasn’t doing anything to organize safe distribution of takeouts. People were allowed to crowd at the entrance without observing safe distance of six feet. The restaurant was not clarifying who’s order is ready for pickup and who had to wait. So people had to constantly approach the restaurant employee waiting at the crowded entrance to check if their order was ready for pickup.
