I shop here for 95% of my pet needs, they are always friendly and helpful. They carry high quality products.

I'm into this particular store in Greenhaven because I was looking for Steve's pet food. Unfortunately I should have called them before I drove all the way down there as when I got there I found out that do not carry it. The people working there were really nice and helpful and told me to go try at their other store which they check that it did after food. It is a nice clean and very well-stocked store.

Very friendly and helpful employees at this location, they asked if I needed help but I let them know I was just looking around for a new food for my adult and puppy dogs. They then respected that and let me browse for about 30 minutes without making me feel like I was being watched or pressured into into buying anything which is one thing I respect a lot because some stores will treat you like a criminal if you are browsing for to long. I will definitely be going back to purchase my puppies food from now on. Also if your into high quality foods for good to average prices that can't be found at most major pet store locations such as Origen and Arcana then this is a good spot to look into. They also have an area where you can bring your pets to bathe them for like $10 I believe.

Nice place. Conveniently located right next door to my home. I always take my dog here to give him a bath. Very nice employees. Just a little pricey.

Gave my daughter's dog a bath and was treated with respect and admiration. Staffing understood was very helpful, and treated the dog like a queen.

Kinda sad they got rid of the small pets and reptiles but it's convenient though they do overcharge for some pet foods and have good deals on other things. Would I come here over petsmart? I would say it's more of a proximity choice than a better deal choice.

Great spot, offering a wide selection of pet food and products. The dog washing station is what brings me in. For a modest price you get all the tools that you need, soap, towels, etc. Ideal if you dont want to cover your own home in wet dog fur.
