Incredible Pets, is a very nice well stocked pet store, carrying supplies for dogs and cats to fish, birds and our6 month old puppy, on her leash was given a treat, for showing how she could sit and speak. The kind cashier and customers were smiling and laughing at Peaches.

I have been shopping at the Auburn Incredible Pets for about 15 years. They have been the greatest. We consider them friends, of the best type!

It was my first time in. The staff was friendly & helpful. Their self-serve dog wash station was just what I was looking for! I will be back and be sure to get the wash package next time.

Did a self serve dog wash. For 15$ great for less clean up at home and better facility then my bathtub and my blow dryer.it was nice to not have the clean up or distractions at home.

They have everything you need. We needed a place to wash our dogs. They offer you everything you need for $15 so you can professionally wash your dog.

Answered all our questions, extremely in-depth. Very impressive! Took phone number for discount -no problem. Lots of staff on the floor offering to help. If you have an incredible pet (of course you do!), don't treat 'em to second best.

Get on frequent buyers program and bag program, you deserve a break on price and a free bag of dog or cat food once and a while.

With their assistance I got what I needed for my male cat. Very helpful customer service. I will be going back for their friendliness and assistance.

Cashier wasn't rude but wasn't nice or mentally present either. Just started scanning my stuff without saying a word. When all was done he just handed me my receipt and I left. If he hadn't said something to a coworker I might have thought he was deaf. Normally this store is extremely friendly.

We washed our dog here for the first time and it was a great experience! Everything went so smoothly; they supplied towels, shampoo, conditioner, and even a heated blow dryer John was awesome, he showed us around and was super helpful! We'll definitely be back

Large variety and staff was very knowledgeable when adding a freeze dried product to my hounds kibble.

I highly recommend this pet store. The staff are very friendly, know their products and the young man Talon is a knowledgeable zoologist who knows about most animals, especially pets. The location makes it a bit hard to see from hwy 49, but a bigger brighter sign I think would be a big help for the Business.
