I just ordered groceries from here and they delivered it. They packed frozen packages with all my cookies and pantry spices and everything is now wet and ruined soggy. Irresponsible and inconsiderate to take all that extra money for delivery and not even bothering to separate out frozen vs pantry items. I will not shop here again. Customers deserve better. Don’t rip off naive Indian customers please!

PLEASE turn on the air conditioning! It is 90 degrees plus and employees and customers are dying of heat! What kind of service and employment is this?

It seems rudeness is the prerequisite for working at India Cash and Carry. Horrible customer service, extremely rude cashiers, ill mannered.

Good veg food with quick service. Lots of India sweets and eggless cakes. Over the period samosa quality has degraded.

Employees don't honor social distancing. Long lines at cafe with one person slowly doing everything while other staff laugh and talk in the aisles. Terrible customer service

I ordered online delivery from this DeAnza one and the vegetables were in bad state. Tindora, Bhindi and beans. They missed items but charged me and they don’t pick up the phone they gave to call for issues.

I received all my veggies fresh and in a very good condition. The shopper checked with me on phone everytime he substituted a product with another. The home delivery was smooth and hassle free! Would definitely recommend

No ZERO star option, so have to go with 1. Don't trust the site, as its only taking Credit card and finally showing DELIVERY NOT POSSIBLE. Hopeless store: (

Great little shop with every cooking thing you need. Many food, vegetables, and a lot of things.

I like to drop by here for their samosas when I dont have time to make them myself for parties. Great prices and lots of vegetarian options on their hot food section.

Great store great teas, there are unsweetened options of teas also for people who take care of health. Their herbs and spices are very fresh, fresh ginger was great quality today

Good variety and great location, cooked meals taste great, vegetables are usually not fresh and service not that great!

Worst Puranpoli I have ever eaten from the food. If you don’t know how to make it, take it off the menu.

ICC as we local indians call it is a staple and this location is no exception - specifically is the catering unit which delivers top notch home cooked delicacies for all occasions. I got two events catered from here and everyone loved the food and ended up going for seconds and thirds - great job!

I got billed twice for the same item. Be careful to double check the receipt for extra / double charges.

India Cash And Carry has been one of my go-to markets for years. The cheese selection is fantastic and the staff is very knowledgeable if you are looking for something specific. The prices are a little high but I think it's worth it for the quality.

Very good Indian store providing great quality groceries and also freshly prepared food.very convenient especially for working people.their chaat is really good.they do catering as well for parties.overall a great store.

This store is very convenient since they have food you can take out and the quality is decent, BUT the service and standards are terrible. They say the food and samosas will be ready in 5 minutes and regularly make people wait for 20-30 minutes. Today, I waited for 30 minutes for samosas they said would take 5 minutes. It was frustrating that the manager also could not do anything about the situation.
They desperately need to pay attention to their standards and customer service. I wouldn't go here unless I am desperate.
