My recent interactions with this merchant have left me with a sense of disappointment, prompting me to share my experience. Unfortunately, I must highlight the consistently rude and unfriendly behavior of the owner, particularly the woman who appears to exhibit narcissistic tendencies.

Despite waiting patiently over an extended period before composing this review, I find it necessary to express my dissatisfaction. This store primarily deals in groceries, but the treatment I received as a customer was far from welcoming. The staff seemed to regard customers as if they were potential threats rather than valued patrons.

One incident stands out vividly - when a cashier genuinely smiled at me, the woman in question, presumably the owner, abruptly yelled from the kitchen area in a language I couldn't comprehend, instantly extinguishing any trace of warmth. Regrettably, this was not an isolated occurrence, as similar incidents unfolded during each visit to the store.

The overall vibe created by the owners and staff suggests a lack of appreciation for their customers. It appears that they may not value my patronage, given the consistently disrespectful and discourteous behavior I encountered. In light of this, I have chosen to discontinue my patronage at this establishment, as I refuse to support a business that fails to prioritize basic courtesy and respect.

Nothing but robbers. Be careful. Don't buy anything until 100% sure of getting a good item.

Had samosa chaat from here and shortly after consuming it my husband and I both experienced stomach ache and vomiting. Seems like their food is stale and they double fry them.

My advice: stay clear and avoid eating from this place

The only reason for 2 stars is a rude staff member who accuses customers for walking out without paying for fresh food - clearly a disconnect between the younger staff operating the check out counter and pantry where there’s no clear indication of how payment is supposed to accounted for - a better system needs to be in place for them to communicate the placed orders for billing so customers aren’t accused of not paying - coming for 10 years to this shop and the youngster thinks am going to get rich by not paying for $5 worth of food. Luckily a very good owner and his wife immediately stepped in and addressed their miscommunication and got us on our way - love the uncle and Aunty who run this place - always kind and considerate.

Amazing food! Very good service. The produce selection is really good. The best quality and prices in the area. Entire team is very helpful and cooperative! Highly recommend! Don’t know what the peninsula Indians would do without this amazing place!

I went here today bought 1gallon liquid milk and the cashier charged me twice. Poor customer service.

This is such a great store. Their products are fresh and there’s an amazing choice of Indian food and spices. We love going there!

I was in a rush when I visited this store; so I am only able to give a partial review here. The store is located at a plaza, with ample parking. The inside looked clean, organized, and well stocked. Items were reasonably priced. The staff were courteous.

I bought some fresh vegetables. They looked fresh. I love Indian ice cream. Therefore, I was so happy to see a variety of flavors available. The food at the Deli section smelled good and looked delicious. I hope to get some next time. I also saw a good selection of Indian pastries in the store.

Pathetic service! I had a very weird interaction with a middle aged person at curries section. I asked him some simple questions on combo options and he just stared at me with a total dead stare! With no response, I just asked for a combo and asked for a paneer curry, to which he replies ‘no paneer’ in a terse manner at the end. At that point I assumed that paneer curry is not included in combo and just wanted to take whatever he gave me and leave. We didn’t even have a language barrier, being Indians. I wonder what the problem was here, other than a plain disinterest in my being there.

The selection and prices are fine. However, I would shop there a lot more frequently if the older gent (possibly the owner), who often is the cashier, would wipe the scowl off his face, show a little respect, and be less disdainful of his customers. I’ll be happy to change this review if I see some improvement.

Giving a star would be saying they deserve even that. My wife and I went in today to get a few samosas and some Pav breads. Waited at the samosa counter for noone to respond and a minute later the cashier comes in and asks us what we want, gives us the samosa. We head over to get some pavs, the label says "Brand A pav" is 3.99 with another label below Brand B pav saying "bread" is 2.49. We get the pav above this label for 2.49, bill it and check the receipt. We were charged 3.99, we go back for a correction.
The cashier shows us that "Brand A pav" is 3.99 and that means Brand B below is also 3.99 since that is also pav even though the label clearly mentions it is for Brand A and not pav in general and pav is different from "bread" where they have regular bread further below. Ok mistake taken by us partially for misunderstanding (not really), but then he proceeds to say that we cannot read and noone else had an issue and its only us that had an issue, and further condescendingly explains how pav is not bread. A lady (part of the staff, probably the mother) comes and takes him away completely ignoring us and whispering ignore them. We go back to the cash counter and ask to get everything refunded. Another man (probably father) comes in and laughs at us saying you young people dont know, while the young cashier whispers to the man in Hindi "these guys dont even know how to read", i respond in the same language "I can read and I read what the label said", he accuses "yea I saw your reading skills". The owner continues to accuse us as we walk out all the way to the parking lot.

I mean sure if you stop at, oh the label actually applies for both, we would have been fine, but it dint, and 0 stars is not an option.

Accessible and nice grocery store. The take out food is good if you like Indian foods. I come here to buy Indian tea. Tata tea is great!

Indian grocery store but also serves food in To go containers - limited vegetarian lunch menu and snacks. I wish they served ready to eat chapatis/rotis as part of menu.

Very accessible, affordable, clean, and overall nice store. Good variety of Indian foods, spices, herbs, everything you need in a South Asian kitchen. In fact, the prices are lower compared to other Indian stores in the same area. I will choose to shop here again.

Reading the reviews made me very sad because people are giving them low ratings because of their own arrogance or ignorance, not because of any shortcoming on part of the business. In my humble opinion, the owner shouldn’t be starting arguments (even if the owner is right) with such reviewers in the comments because it’s counterproductive and bad for marketing.

Horrible service by the manager. We asked for samosas, but the guy’s children were racist. Came forward and said rude things. Very rude people. DO NOT GO THERE!
