Half of the instructors are very kind and teach wonderful flows. The other half not so much. I have been to classes here where they have invited us to try a pose then ridicules the class for doing the poses incorrectly rather than teaching like they are supposed to. It’s a hit or miss of being a peaceful or hostile experience.

Studio is clean and cool but classes often overcrowded.

Owner Charity Rahmer openly calls people retarded in 2023. Wouldn’t ever consider going to this studio!

Went to a 7: 30 AM Sunday morning Vinyasa yoga class. Was one of the worst classes I’ve ever had. The instructor didn’t even start the class until 30 minutes later after he did these breathing exercises that went on forever. I wanted to get a good warm Vinyasa flow class to start my Sunday morning before a long day at work. Unfortunately, I was very, very disappointed. Indie yoga has great classes and great instructors, but Will needs a little more practice on flow yoga.

Feeling threatened after todays sound healing class

Right after I attended today’s sound healing class which ended at 3: 30 pm, a guy (white/ roughly six feet tall/ curly black hair) came up to me and threatened not to come to the class again. I would like you/ management to take necessary actions as I don’t feel secure. If you can’t respond/ take necessary action, please let me know the next steps for me. I’m still shaking and made a few mistakes in the earlier email

I did a month trial of this place and mostly took lessons with summer. She is amazing, her voice projection is perfect, her music selection is my favorite- I even added a couple songs I heard to my own Spotify after being moved by them in the studio. Summer explains really well and will move through the exercises along with you especially as she transitions to make it more clear what poses we’re moving into. Honestly I only came here to take classes from her and im so happy I did because she knows how to get us flowing but she also knows how to keep a comfortable atmosphere. I also really liked Abigail and her yoga sculpt class! She was really energetic but not in the bubbly type of way, more powerful and really motivating. We worked out past the time which was perfect because we finished strong and I felt like I got extra out of my session. I experimented with a couple other classes but these teachers really stuck out to me. The studio itself is quaint but well kept cleaned and furnished with two bathrooms and a really nice shower. I enjoyed my trial and I will likely be returning!
