ISRV has brought it's pet policy in compliance with CA regulations. It's quite restrictive though as the resort never intended it to be pet friendly, so infrastructure is not available for off-leash, or even walking within the park, only on the owner's lot.
Remember this is a 'seasonal' RV park, which falls into a special taxation bracket in CA and that is what keeps prices more reasonable. As an owner or renter, volunteering is part of how the resort is beautified and maintained on a seasonal basis. Owners can pick any 9 mths of the year to stay as well as landlords can only rent for that same period.
I don't like the idea that you can own a place and only live in it nine months out of the year, that's why I would not buy in there, and why the prices are so cheap compared to other, one benefit the door leads to a casino, bad thing is the gate won't open with the, management needs to get on the ball
