Excellent service if you've made an appointment otherwise not. Typically understaffed based on going there 2 days in a row. Materials appear to be high quality - looking forward to receiving my 1st tailored suit from them. Shirts seem overpriced.

Bought my suit back in 2018 I believe it was. Never received my suit. Ended up moving and DHL delivered to old address somehow without signature. Both Indochino and DHL had no idea where my package went. Ended up having to buy a new one which I actually received this time around. Overall, neither DHL or this suit factory are organized. Couldn’t even look up the tracking number when provided. Suit is nice but I had to buy a new suit for my own wedding and this place nor did DHL have any shipping info like really? Get it together.

Don’t come here if you’re a groom looking to get a wedding suit. Terrible customer service. I usually don’t write reviews like this, but for this place, I had to.

Here are some details of our experience:
-When we walked in there was one person on the floor but he was sitting at his computer behind a pillar and we basically walked up to him to get his attention
-My fiancé had booked an appointment to get his measurements taken and look at what kind of suit he wanted for our wedding because he wasn’t sure and was looking for someone to help him
-The guy who “helped” us didn’t even give us his name, didn’t even ask for ours, and he was so unhelpful. His attitude was basically like he didn’t really care, which threw us all off considering we were shopping for our wedding.
-If it’s commission-based there, you would have no idea because he wasn’t even trying to sell us on a suit, it almost felt like he wanted us out of there. He kept repeating over and over how we have “time” so we don’t to worry, and we can come back. Our wedding is in 2 months.
-We felt like we were just going through a rapid-fire checklist with him to make decisions on the different aspects of the suit. It felt so obvious he was just doing the bare minimum, to get this all over with.
-They don’t have samples to try on here, so if you’re looking for a place where you can try on suits to see what colors would look best on you, this is not it.
-We left after 20 minutes WITHOUT even getting his measurements taken. Apparently you can’t even get measurements unless you’re willing to buy a suit right then and there.
-The experience felt about as exciting and warm as taking inventory at a hardware store. We were so disappointed in the severe lack of customer service here. Will definitely be buying from somewhere else.

Save your time and money from Indochino. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. If you’re thinking of getting your wedding suit, DO NOT! The company will make your bride turn into a bridezilla.

Everything about Indochino was a disaster.
1. Receiving the suit directly from China in a paper box, 2. Suit coming wrinkly, 3. Customized suit fitting is completely off to the point my husband couldn’t squat or lift his arms, 4. Remaking the suit, but receiving another completely wrong measurement, 6. Finding LAST MIN SUIT because of Indochino’s horrible work, 7. Company taking 8days to respond, 8. Receiving a cookie cutter response “we’ll make it again. No refund” even though we clearly let them know we refuse to waste our time Bc we can no longer trust their performance or customer service.

DO NOT COME HERE.

Slow process almost always needs a second tailoring you could wait for a jacket for over 2 months

Awesome experience. Vincent was great. Highly recommend it to anyone who has never had a custom suit and shirt.

They measured me for a suit and were really understanding that I wanted a men's suit that fit like a man's suit even though I have a female body. The whole process was smooth and relaxing.

When choosing the fabrics for the made to measure suit they were really accommodating of the fact that I am color blind.

All in all the initial steps of the process were great.

We came in for a wedding party nearly 4 months in advance of the actual wedding. One of the groomsmen's didn't fit. It got tailored twice and didn't fit. They had to redo his pants and it didn't come in time. Poor customer service.

I am in need of some suits for work and shopped around a few different places. Indochino seemed like a great option for me to get a custom suit. The young man helping me seemed new but he guided me through their various options as well as got my measurements for my fitting. As someone in charge of Talent Acquisition I was happy to see Priti helping and teaching him this craft and their attention to detail. I am sure I will like the suit and will be back for more.

They did great with my suit and vest but mess up on the pant. Too exact 2 week to ship out and arrive 3 days from China. Bring in the pant for final adjustment and it's taking 5 weeks. I don't understand why can't they just reorder it again.

Long wait times to get your alterations done in store - 1st was 4 weeks and 2nd was 6 weeks. Had complaints with my suit after alterations were complete, but store associates did whatever they can to justify how they're not issues. Ordered my suit back in July and didn't get the suit back official, after two adjustment periods, until late October. Still had issues with my suit but couldn't bare another 6 week adjustment period to let them continue working on it.

Very friendly and professional place that provides excellent customer service while giving respectful and valuable fashion advice.

Very knowledgeable employees. Request Rudy! He's the best! Took our time and there was no pressure to buy a certain look.

Did a thorough job of getting measurements and making me understand what each of the features were, and as a novice to made to measure locations, was nice to have. The associate who helped me was training and kept everything light hearted and moving at a good pace. Aside from some tech issues, which should not count against the associates but more corporate, it was a pleasant experience. Only down side I could see are the limitations of alteration lengths which would cause the customer to come in again for further alterations. Once the clothes come in, hopefully in 2-3 weeks time, I can complete this review.

The people here are extremely friendly and make the suit shopping experience very easy. They explain to you what details to look for and how the suit should feel when you're wearing it. Great for novices and a large selection to choose from.

The Indochino store in the Fashion Island in Newport Beach location did an absolutely fantastic job at making my newest suit. From the first fitting to the final fitting, these people did an excellent job. I worked with Brittany, the Team Lead at this particular store. She was an absolute professional! All of the employees at this store do an outstanding job at making sure all customers are well taken care of, treated respectfully, and are there to make sure you leave their store with a product that you will be proud to wear, no matter how many times you ask for alterations. They really want you to feel good about your purchase. If I had any negative feedback to add, it would be that they need a better answering service. It can be very difficult to get someone at the store to answer the phone, because they are always busy, but the when you try and leave a message, their mail box is always full and it will not allow you to leave a message. As busy as this store gets, they really need a receptionist to check people in for appointments and answering the phone. Other than that, I can't say one negative thing about them. I didn't know what kind of service to expect when I initially went in to purchase a suit, or what kind of I would end up receiving, in all honesty. At their prices, you just never really know what quality of product you're going to receive. But I have to say, I am extremely impressed with their performance, to say the least. I received my suit in under two weeks. We went through two rounds of alterations to make sure everything was just perfect, but for a shark-skin suit under $325 on sale, I was very impressed and love the end product. In closing, I'd say, Brittany and her team did an outstanding job and it was a pleasure working with you. I will be coming back in to order my next suit very soon!
