Indochino, San Francisco CA

I've had to work with this store twice in the recent past and both times have been a nightmare. Now I have traveled into town specifically for the purpose of picking up an item, I am on my way to the airport to travel elsewhere, and I show up during their posted business hours to find a "CLOSED" sign on their window. Thanks for again wasting my time.

Pedro was amazingly helpful and efficient. I hate buying clothes and he made it a pleasure.

Needed a new women’s suit for a work event. They were very nice and helped throughout the process. Had very good fashion advice on what’s popular now as well. I bought a three piece tailored suit and I’m excited to wear it.

Had a great time picking out 2 suits. The fellas at Indochino SF made the experience smooth, comfortable, and seamless. You can’t go wrong here!

UPDATE: three weeks since the reply from Indochino on this review and I still haven't been contacted by anyone. I did go to my scheduled appointment, they agreed with the significant issue in the shirts, and they will remake them for free per their policy. However the shirts will arrive after my wedding and I'm having to make other arrangements.

Problematic if you're on any sort of timeline.

I ordered two dress shirts >2 months before an event. They arrived promptly, within a couple weeks, but the collars were too tight on both despite being made to measure. The first available appointment, checked the day I received the shirts, was more than a month later. Since collars can't really be tailored and the shirts will need to be remade, we'll need more than the 10 days between appointment and event to remedy the situation.

It's great they have a fit guarantee, but it doesn't do much if their lack of appointment availability means you can't get the item remade.

I called to explain this problem, assuming they could squeeze me in any time in the next several weeks to measure my collar and issue a remake. The person on the phone basically said absolutely not, they are fully booked and won't take me. Oh but I could drive 60 miles to San Jose, maybe.

I'll have to buy another shirt as a result, and will stop giving my business to Indochino.

Kwame was an incredible person to have this experience with! There were countless fabrics to choose from and he gave great affirmation all throughout our appointment.i had an appointment to get my measurements taken and i felt safe as a queen & trans person.i would highly recommend this spot for a luxury suit experience which is exactly what i was seeking

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the service they provided. Will definitely go back for additional suits in the near future

Roberto was excellent. He helped me get measurements and made me feel comfortable as I looked at suits for my wedding. He clearly knew his stuff. I’d recommend making an appointment and leaving enough time to get the suit shipped.

The guaranteed suit fit isn't legit. I recently got my suit and the jacket and pants don't fit. I tried to schedule an appointment online as the chat person instructed but there are no appointments for 2 months. I chatted with their support, they told me they'd schedule time with the store to refit it. They didn't do it. Then I called the store and left a message. Never heard back. I will try to go to the store and see if they'll help.

My shirts fitted too tight but they remeasured me and made all new shirts to ensure proper fitment. Takes almost a month to make an appointment.

This was my first experience working Indochino. I must say I was very comfortable and happily recommend working with them if you need a custom made suit and shirts.

Very professional and worked to make sure that the suit would fit just the way I wanted. Constantly recommending them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Indochino - San Francisco for suits and more formal needs. I had a wonderful experience working with Jared who offered knowledgeable recommendations, and was extremely patient as we worked through a multitude of options. He was just fantastic to work with; the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Again, HIGHLY recommend.

This review is specifically for the Post street location and the measurement experience. I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment and the staff welcomed me immediately and gave me no grief. I got assigned to Jared and from start to finish it was a great experience. Jared was very friendly and helpful as we discussed the suiting options, took me smoothly through the extensive measurement process, helped me make decisions on the tailoring and pick out the customizations. I look forward to getting the suit and assessing that but from a customer service standpoint so far no complaints and would recommend.
