I bought my Infiniti Q50 on Monday 1/29/2024 and the guy who helped me out was named Raul. Such a great guy to work with, polite, friendly, respectful definitely recommend anyone that comes and gets a car to work with Raul.

After initially having a less than ideal experience, I talked with Aaron the GSM, and we were able to have a great conversation. Half the battle with customer service is being given an opportunity to correct when things might not have been perfect. After my phone call with Aaron, I have full confidence that this Infiniti truly does care about the consumer. I’ve never had more fun driving with the car I got from them. In terms of pricing, they had the best price within 500 miles, I would recommend.

Salar was very attentive to all of our needs. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and he guided us through the whole process! Will definitely be back for our next purchase!

Worst experience buying a car. My sales person, Salar, was very lazy and he consistently kept vaping the whole time. Not to mention the smoke hit my dads face. I just thought he was very unprofessional. So I left and purchased elsewhere.

On this particular day, it was a little crazy because I was picking my car up from the body shop and in the parking lot of the body shop. My battery died so I was in need of a charge and this was like the third charge I do in the last couple weeks, so it seemed I was due for a new battery as well as my regular maintenance and being a busy Saturday morning I knew that a walk-in was probably going to be a challenge, however I got amazing assistance from the wonderful Erika Villalobos! This is only my second or third visit at this particular dealership, however, dealing with Erika made this by far my best experience to date. Her helpfulness and flexibility even on a walk-in basis was an amazing help, and I look forward to working with her again in the near future. Likewise, I want to give kudos to the gentleman who dropped me off while my car was being serviced and picked me up as well. Unfortunately I don’t have his name but this would’ve been the gentleman who was doing drop off service on January 13,2024. MAJOR thanks and kudos for the overall service!
