This is worst auto insurance company. Nobody works here. When you call on the self service and press for existing claims they loop you back to the beginning of the automated message. You have to press new claims to get a hold of anyone. The claim reps do not respond to email or voice message. The rep I had, stated in her voice mail, if you can't get a hold of her to call her boss, but her boss doesn't respond to voicemails either.

It has been 5 weeks and they have not mailed me my estimate. They would not send me my estimate via email. I called to let them know and had to press new claims to get a hold of anyone. They said they mailed it out and it must have been lost and they are sending me a new check. I don't know if I will actually get it. The person i spoke to finally emailed me an estimate and I asked them why they didn't do that in the first place!

Absolutely the worst company. I feel sorry for anyone who is insured with them.

A driver, who is insured through this company, hit me while I was sitting at a red light waiting for it to turn green. I did not file a police report because here in California the police do not respond to minor traffic accidents. That is information that a claims adjuster would know but obviously the adjuster I spoke with was not familiar with the way this state works. The adjuster also was unaware that I am well within my rights to file a claim with the "at fault" driver's insurance company. I was also told that I needed to submit photos but the only way to do so is by downloading Kemper's jankety app that provides terrible photo resolution. It also took two weeks for them to respond after my insurance company had provided them with the facts of the accident. Long story short, the people working for this company are way UNDER QUALIFIED and unprofessional. Kemper is one to steer clear from, if you can.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run back in November 16 2020 and it took 5 days for an adjuster to come out and look at it. I had found the responsible party that hit my car and there insurance paid for the damages. But without a vehicle for 36 days and that insurance is alliance united with the Kemper family to this day as of march 3rd 2021 I have not got reimbursed for.lolosslosouseusethoughalliance united insurance united company company United alliance

On jan 20 /2021 I was in an accident! My car was towed KEMPER NEEDED ME TO SINE A RELEASE FOR SO THAY CAN PICK UP MY CAR AND TAKE IT TO THEAR LOCATION. THISS WASS 1/22/21. I WHENT TO COLLECT MY THING FROM MY CAR NOT ONLY WEAR MY THINGS MISSING THAY WHENT Through my stuff all my things wear t in trash bags so when I got home when through my items that wear left fount a ticket that my car was on the side of the road. I was like WOW! AND NOT ONLY THAT MY CAR DIDN'T REACH THEAR PLACE FOR 3DAY KNOW I ASK YOU WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT I HAVE BEN CALL THEM NO ANCER NO NOTHING I HAVE CONTACTED attorney! And thiss ant even the half of the story thiss is the most unprofessional company thear just no word!

I got accident before 2-3 months ago and still the case open. I call them everyday no body answers me guys don’t get in stuck with this insurance thanks

It was easy accessing my account & updating my policy 2 accommodate the purchase of my new car. I was able get in & it was fast & easy for me to increase my policy from liability to full coverage. I'm grateful because otherwise I wouldn't have been able 2 go home with my new car.

Think twice before getting insured with this company. My mom sold her car they wanted documents stating that we sold the car before they would cancel her insurance. So we emailed letter and called them to make sure they received the cancellation letter they said yes they did. Well they still took money out of my mother's account don't do business with this company. The worst insurance company to deal WITH. BEWARE DONT WATSE YOUR MONEY.
