Fantastic service and sales process. I purchased a boat from them over the Internet. The sales specialist, Kevin, was very helpful in terms of getting the boat outfitted to my needs and was very skilled with his recommendations. When I came to look at the boat, it was exactly as billed. He worked with my difficult timeline and challenging delivery, exceeded my Expectations on all fronts. I would definitely use them again I would recommend you consider doing the same.

You can't get better service than what these people deliver because it doesn't exist. I bought an inflatable during a big sales event. Great price, shipping included, no sales tax since I am not a California resident. I was told they sold hundreds of boats during the sale and I bought mine on the very last day at the very last hour, meaning I was at the back of the line when it came time to ship it out. I had spoken with them a few times while I was doing my research and they were always very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was leaving on a two month cruise very soon after the purchase and needed the boat ASAP. They asked me when I was going and not only did they go out of their way to make it happen but they exceeded any reasonable expectations. They still had to order the boat from the manufacturer but told me they would keep an eye out and send it as soon as it arrived in their store. They even promised to overnight it "on their dime if they had to" in order to get it to me for my cruise though it ended up they were able to ship it UPS. They kept me posted the entire way and it arrived at my Virginia home from California with four days to spare. Then to top it off they overnighted the Certificate of Origin at no additional cost to me so I could get it registered before I left. These guys are awesome. Their prices are great and I can attest to the service after the sale. Thank you Inflatable Boat Specialists!

Dustin - best sales manager I’ve ever dealt with. Very quick at responding to my questions and concerns. I am from Austin, Texas. I was very hesitant to buy a zodiac boat from out of state. I thought it would be difficult to deal with shipment, MSO and signed invoice. Paper works that are required to register boat in Texas. Dustin explained the process, took the payment, then continue to follow up with me to make sure boat arrived a long with the paper work. Excellent service.

I just purchased a 10’ inflatable with a 25hp Yamaha, and I am very happy with the product. I am in San Diego and was having trouble finding the boat I wanted, I was able to get a hold of Dustin and he helped me with every step. He also recommended a few small details that made all the difference in the world. They delivered the boat to me, and walked me through all the details. Bought my Achilles 315 RIB w/20HP Honda from these guys (Dustin) in 2016, had serviced and recently flipped dinghy and needed to get major repairs and new motor. Just total pros at every turn. Specifically Matt in the service department and Dustin in Sales, VERY impressed with communication, responsiveness and all around service. And keep in mind that I dock in Marina Del Rey too so their weekly visits make it a no-brainer even though they are in Venture. WAY better than anything local to me!
