3The receptionist is beyond rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with her boss but was told I can leave my name & number and they will call when they can. I couldn’t leave a voicemail for some odd reason and was told this program does not provide a service that I was specifically referred to them for by DHCS. She was extremely rude after I wanted to double check her on that information as to why I was told to just leave my name and number.
Very unprofessional, the person in charge was 15min late, then kicked me out because camera was disconnected due to wifi. Definitely wouldn't recommend this program. And the receptionist is very unhelpful.
This place is wack.
Tried calling but they said it has to be court ordered only and the lady clicked on me.that's why we have this problem growing because the problem is not being taken serious
