Injectors were high quality and the kit was inclusive. Remember to order sleeves. The available tools for removing the sleeves work well. Also remember to return the fuel supply lines when you send back the cores or they charge you $100; It is in the fine print.

My Duramax had almost 400 thousand miles on it. I knew it was time for some new injectors but wasn't sure where to by em from. After a month or so of looking I decided to go with IDirect. So glad I did. They are no fun to install so you don't want to do it twice lol! Great prices, great product and great customer service. If you need anything fuel related for your diesel, check these guys out. I was faced with a CP4 pump failure the day before Christmas eve and was looking for options to replace everything fuel related, when I found Injectors Direct. The website was easy to navigate and made ordering a breeze. My purchase shipped promptly and well packaged. I was able to have my truck up and running before the new year! My cores were processed fast and the core hold was released same day as core return! I unfortunately forgot to include my PO# and core tag in my return box, but I contacted the customer service team and they replied promptly and attached the tracking number to my account. I am extremely happy with my NEW Bosch CP4 injector pump, 8 NEW Bosch injectors, NEW fuel rails and NEW fuel lines! I have been telling everyone I know about the great team, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

***Update***
I found out that I damaged the #1 Injector O-ring during install. The injector is working fine but has a slight leak. This was absolutely no fault of the product I received from the Injectors Direct team. I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase a new O-ring since I didn't see them listed on the website, the team responded almost immediately and sent me out a few new O-rings. What an amazing customer service team! I can't even to begin to thank them enough!

Unfortunately, I did not have a stellar experience with injectors direct. 2/8 injectors failed (25%) upon installation by my mechanic in a 6.0 powerstroke rebuild. They do have a warranty process that requires a detailed write up of the problem and shipping back to the company. At which point they will perform their independent testing to determine if a replacement is warranted, otherwise you will be charged for cleaning and service followed by return of the injector. Now, if you have enough time on your hands this might work, but in my case we needed the truck back as it was the main family vehicle. Waiting multiple weeks for replacements on something that should not have failed (at least at that rate) we felt was unacceptable. We went elsewhere for injectors and had to return the faulty cores in their place. There is no compensation or attempt to remedy the situation other than stating their warranty policy. If you are getting work done, especially injectors, I would recommend buying locally or through your mechanic. Otherwise you will risk being out a significant amount of time and possibly more money if you have to replace the failed injectors. After the issues we had I can not recommend Injectorsdirect.
