7 Do not do business here!
If your looking for quality work, honesty, and maybe some integrity, go anywhere else. My dad Had a hydronic hose replaced that failed after 5 hours of use. They build the hoses in house and don't honor any workmanship on parts built by their own employees. I will happily change my review if they do the right thing and fix the hose they built. The oem part lasted 12 years. Theirs lasted 5 hours. I'll keep the rest of their mistakes out of this review for now
Disappointed to buy a brand new 2022 bobcat and have it delivered on minimum hydraulic fluid. Was told they don't have time to come drop some off.: (
These machines are super powerful but the parts are expensive and sometimes they have to ordered. Bobcat equipment is one the best.
The folks here are not only knowledgeable, they're ready to help! And I don't mean just to upsell. They're genuinely interested in making sure you leave with correct info, parts and whatever is necessary so you needn't delay any job. I don't know if all Bobcat outlets are this good, but I know these guys are great.
Was not given appropriate information in regards to their shipping. Was told they offered next day shipping for some parts and that I would recieve them "tomorrow" but it it took an extra day. I paid $80 extra for parts to arrive late. An extra day doesn't seem like much but when I have work that needs to be done ASAP a day is fairly significant. Employees were polite enough and front office was clean. Seemed decent enough if not for an important miscommunication.
They've had my skid steer in their shop for 3 plus weeks for repairs, not a single call to update me on machine. Called them today and all they had to say is that it hasn't acted up on them so there's nothing they can do to fix it. Took them over 3 weeks to to tell me this though, and that's only because I called them. They could have advised me of this in a few days so that I could look for another shop if they were't able to handle it. They'd probably keep it in there all year if I hadn't called. Stay away from this place for service related issues. Can't say on the Sales side.
First they forget to order my parts and these mistakes isets me back 4 weeks my rental fees have added to $500 all they say is sorry I tried calling to inquire about my special order they do not answer the phone lines which forces me to drive for 40 minutes this is how good their customer services
