Inland Counter Tops Inc. reviews
8We live in a 1954 year old home that desperately needed a kitchen update. The countertops were original to the house and had seen better days. We had called several countertop companies and none seem to fit our needs. Then Bryce from Inland Countertops walked through the door and made our kitchen dreams became a reality. From day one Bryce was professional knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He knew his stuff and would answer any questions we had with honesty and clarity. We also can’t leave out the helpful assistance from Barbara, our friendly and trustworthy point of contact for Inland Countertops. She was lovely. Lastly, the installation team did an amazing job. Their work was exceptional! Check out our pics! If you ever need countertops installed, do yourself a favor and hire Inland Countertops. You won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend them!
I’ve worked with James and his team for years, such professionalism such attention to detail, what a pleasure working with him and Tifanny and the whole team thanks for the good work!
Very nice job did our house at river. And then another rental house the work was amazing and they were very clean. Lucas and Juan were the installers.we did quartz countertops at both locations. I would recommend this company James y
Had countertops installed at my mom’s home and it came out fantastic! Better than I could have imagined. Happy customer here!
Inland Counter Tops is a reliable company, but be prepared for some SIGNIFICANT upcharges.
I was assured by the retailer that the price per square foot included installation so I was blindsided by the more than $1700 in extra fees.
Do you want rounded corners on your counter top? Ah, that's an extra 25% (over $1,000 in my case). Wasn't told that.
Custom labor charges for the plywood undermount (think cutting the plywood) ? Yep, another $260.
Do you have an island or a peninsula? Another $192 for an "oversize piece".
Do you have steps at your front door? Those will now be called "stairs". That'll be another $265 for climbing "stairs".
You get the idea. Counter tops look good, but make sure you plan for these fees when you consider the cost of your remodel.
Worst place all around, incapable of measuring because over lay sink wasn't installed. This type of sink needs to be installed once counter is in, sink was present when incompetent employee was supposed to measure however you just can't teach common sense. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, save your time and go somewhere else. Too bad you can't give negative 10 stars!
We recently purchased new quartz countertops from Home Depot. Our Home Depot contract and installation was handled by Inland Counter Tops Inc. Our sales rep was Barbara, and she was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Juan and Lucas did a good job throughout the tear down and installation process.
Do NOT work with this company! They tell you they cannot do a final measurement until you’ve completely removed the countertops and unhooked your sink. A minimum of 5/7 business days without the use of your kitchen, then it turns out to be two weeks without a sense of urgency that their customers have no way to cook or wash dishes for two weeks. This coupled with an unexpected $2500 fee after you’ve already paid and picked out your slab. Then I get a call from the plumbing company they work with who hits you with another expense of buying a new Garbage disposal because they won’t put the one you have back on. Very poor communication, no urgency to get their customers their kitchen back. Very very bad business.
