Very difficult to speak to anyone. Was not given any assistence or advice.
Very rude receptionist. Not helpful at all. THis is a stressful time in most people's lives and to have to deal with someone that is rude is very unprofessional
Peter couldn't help me and it was a waste of time. He really had no advice to give me and wouldn't represent me as they "had another client". Code word for go away I guess. Best to search for your own attorney than use a paralegal to represent you, you'd have better luck. Also, paralegals shouldn't give legal advice nor should they represent you. I know that now.
If you a a broke mofo with a legal issue try to handle it yourself before going here, especially if time is of the essence. I went here to see if they could or would help me. I should have known immediately to turn around and leave when I saw the receptionist was behind a plexiglass window. The rude woman behind the glass told me I had to fill out a questionnaire and make an appointment in order to speak with anyone. So after filling out the paperwork I was given an appointment in 2 months. Good thing my issue wasn't an eviction. When my appointment date came I arrived on time and was informed the lawyer I was supposed to speak with was not there and they would call me to reschedule. 2 weeks passed and I called them. They gave me a line of BS and said they were behind and would call me back. They never did and I figured out how to proceed with my case on my own. As a result of this office full of legal wanna-be be professionals who aren't qualified to be an ambulance chaser my normally routine case took almost 90 days longer than it had to to be to get resolved. Don't waste your time with these rude, incompetent, uncaring asses. Go to the courthouse and visit the resource center there, they will help you.
