From the estimate to the install, to follow up we have been pleasantly impressed. Todd and his installers (Zachary and Matthew) were on time, explained the process, answered questions, and walked us through the install. Estimate was provided with a set of viable options and we were able to pick the option that best suited our needs. We had an entire HVAC system installed including the replacement of ducts, registers, etc. We added a split system to our difficult third story loft and now have an extremely efficient system to heat and cool our mountain home. We would highly recommend Todd, his crew, and Inland Empire Comfort to family, friends, and neighbors.

We loved our overall experience with IE Comfort. Todd was very communicative and timely. He gave us a fair price and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Update (2023) : IE Comfort reached out to me saying that it's been a year, and maybe time for an inspection. I have a close friend that recently had his HVAC replaced and it was over 18k! I DON'T want that, so I figured now was a good time.

Andre visited and went through the system. He found 1 part that was already bad, but still functional and another part that was questionable. We opted to have both replaced, and it was a fraction of what it could have been if I had let it go longer.

As always, will be my only go-to HVAC place.

Update (2022) : 3 years later and a new issue cropped up. I reached out to Todd and he arranged to have a team here the next day which happened to also be the hottest day of the year.

Two of the nicest, friendliest guys walked in and assessed the issue. They immediately found a bad part, tested, and replaced it, and we were back in business in 15 minutes.

I am continually impressed with the high quality, confident staff, and promptness. I will never go anywhere else. This is an absolute excellent company.

Old review:
My units are just about 20 years old - and while I believe in preventative maintenance, I also didn't want to create an issue that didn't exist. However, Todd assured me I would be in good hands; and he was right!

He did recommend a few parts, but that's to buy more time out of these guys. He fully explained what the detected issues were, why they were issues, and what the recommended fix actions were. At no point did he pressure me - heck, he didn't have to. His clear and concise explanation was all I needed.

Service of this caliber is hard to beat. It feels like other companies are always looking for upsells or to make their entire month's profit on one sale. This isn't like that. This is easy and safe.

I've already told a few of my neighbors about him and I plan on telling many more! I am so thankful to have a professional, quality, trustworthy, reliable, communicative, and punctual HVAC company so close to home. There's literally no reason to go with anyone else.

I have a relatively new AC system that's not blowing cold. I reached out to Todd. He gave me a very reasonable diagnostic fee and agreed to be out the next day. When he arrived he broke down for me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be fixed. What could be done today what could be deferred. He got my tenants up and running. Very satisfied. PS ask him about his annual maintenance contract. By purchasing it I actually saved a few bucks on my overall bill and they will be out twice a year to check both heating and cooling. Dan

Always appreciate the service I receive from Inland Empire Comfort. This time I had them install a duct mini split for my bedroom on the second floor. Zach, the technician, was awesome! A heat wave had already hit and he powered through it to get the job completed. He explained the process, made sure to educate me about the use of this product and how it would change my world (it has), and put up with my naive questions from the moment he stepped into my house. Excellent service and came right on time to rescued us today our AC was not working for past 2 days. Todd Fairburn came and inspected and one of the thermostat was had to change so he took care with professionally and very polite with knowledge.
