Dr. Kimmerly and his assistant Sam at the Temecula office were so incredibly kind, attentive and honest. They took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and compassionately. They also made me feel so respected by giving truthful answers, appropriate referrals or treatments to consider, and not running me through unnecessary testing or labs to rack up more medical bills. To me, this is the ideal doctor and wish there were more like them!

My only constructive feedback is that the receptionists at the front desk weren’t the most friendly but maybe they didn’t have their morning coffee or are humans that wake up on the wrong side of the bed like I do at times? No major complaint here just something that surprised me.

The staff was very accommodating, I felt like I was your only patient they gave me their total attention.

Is a pleasure to visit this office. Great service. They do their best to give you the best treatment. I greatly recommend this office.

Horrible company! Do not use! They never return calls! Doctor has been out for over 2 weeks and still no calls! I have notified the medical board! Corporate medical here! NO PATIENT CARE!

I went in for a consultation prior to the procedure and absolutely everyone in the office was amazing.

Everything was good for my appointment, but, can you answer your phone? NP Lori’s MA has never been at her desk for more than a week when I called for my medication. I have left multiple messages and never got a call back. I understand that they are busy, but a week to return a phone call? Really?

My appointment went quickly and smoothly. I arrived about 8 minutes past my scheduled time (ride was running late), but they still tended to me. I was in and out in about an hour. Staff is great and very professional. The facility is very well kept up. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The doctor spent enough time explaining my options. He was friendly and cordial.

They have my vote of confidence. They are organized, kind and personable. The doctor spoke in everyday language and made sure I understood everything. They hand you a print out detailing what was addressed at your appointment so you don’t have to rely on your own memory.

This is a mistake, I was never seen in your office. It was canceled because I had a cold. I was not allowed to do a phone appointment

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!
First I went into the office complaining of problems after I eat - throwing up, etc. The Doctor is Dr. Ardigo, MD. He set me up to do an endoscopy. The procedure was set up in 'his' investeded surgical office next door (I had to sign papers stating I knew the doctor was personally invested in the business & building next door). This was my first mistake! At first I thought the place was OK, but my interaction with the scheduler was a bit off. She was rude, but everyone has bad days so I ignored it. Well, I did the procedure, received my after care papers, and the doc called in an RX to CVS. Days went by an no word from anyone. I called CVS and they informed me that my insurance was not going to cover the RX and that they called the office of my doctor to ask for a new RX, but the office never called them back. Then more time - 2 weeks go by - all the while I am thinking that this Doctor's office would be handling this. Nope - nothing! I have no results, no one has called me and I have no RX. So I called his office and here is where the fun begins (I am being sarcastic). The office where the procedure was done can't help me and can't transfer me (Across the hallway). I had to call back into the office. Well, then they WON'T help me! I asked if they could get me a new script and Ms. Rudy McNastyPants would not listen to me, spoke over me, and then when I asked for my results, HUNG UP ON ME! Are you kidding me? So now, I have paid a fortune for a procedure where I have no prescription and no results.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT A MEDICAL PRACTICE! They will NOT help you! They are scam artist using your body to get top dollar for procedures that they will NEVER CALL BACK OR GET RESULTS!

I wish I never went to this place! I am out money I could not afford and I don't know if there is anything wrong with me! So now I have to do this all over again with another doctor!

BE WARNED! DO NOT GO HERE!

Office staff was helpful, friendly and responsive. Dr. Dinh was professional and friendly.

Very happy to find Dr Din and his staff. Their office is very well organized and Dr. Din was knowledgeable about my condition and offered treatment my previous gastro never did. I’m on the road to feeling better.

The office staff were polite and efficient. I met with Katie the PA who was thorough, professional and listened to my concerns. The scheduling nurse was also professional and efficient and even gave me pointers regarding my prescription.
