I have been a patient at Inland Endocrine for years. All the staff is great. Jennie Dong PA is absolutely wonderful.

I would not recommend being seen here. I’ve been seen at this facility for about a year. They had one doctor that was great but he has now left. Many times front office doesn’t answer phones. They’ll say they will follow up/call you back on issues and don’t. They forget to send your lab slips. They’ll charge you for appts you don’t make or cancel even if it’s with time in advance. It’s literally one issue after another here. I haven’t had the best experience with PA Heck. On one of my first appt w/her I asked to get a longer prescription of a medication that’s constantly out of stock so that I consistently be on the medication. She said no, and I wasn’t able to fill the prescription.at all. Second appt she put me on a different medication that requires prior authorization and two weeks have passed and they still haven’t reached out to insurance. I’ve called multiple times, submitted messages to the provider through their app (as told to do by front office staff) and still no call back, or reply on their app. Every call is excuse after excuse. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Really quick and well-knowledged staff. Dr. Jennie Dong is very kind and answered all of my questions. Facility was clean and modern. Prior to my appointment, I was sent a text to do a check-in that took only 2 minutes through my phone. The appointment took about 30 minutes and I was out! Overall, Inland Endocrine sets the bar for care in the IE; others: take notes.

I learned some very important facts that were never ever explained to me regarding a treatment I had seven years ago. I wish the medical professionals would explain in great detail about procedures that can effect ones life later on in the coming years. The staff are very polite, respectful with Great attitudes. Office is immaculate. I recommend this office highly.

While the PAs are both excellent, I am bothered by not having a doctor on site. Your model isn't working for me, and I will be changing offices as a result.

Office staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Dr. Heck was amazing. She took so much time with me. She had all my records and was familiar with my history. I felt very reassured and appreciative of her knowledge. She had a plan going forward and I felt I was in good hands.

Great visit with the doctor. It was the first time doing a “zoom” meeting and it was just like being there.

Jenny Dong PA is the best. She makes you feel like your in good hands. Answers any questions you may have and listens to your concerns. She takes time to show you are heard. Great follow up as well.

I’ve seen various endocrinologists. Most were fine, my last one was terrible - then I got to Telemedicine Group PC dba Inland Endocrine. The experience in its entirety from the doctors to the staff has been as validating, supportive, and smooth as I could hope for. I definitely recommend, actually guarantee, particularly for transgender folks and IEHP patients. Quality care is effortless here. If only more practitioners and staff created similar environments to the one created here. Whether I go in or call, I never leave feeling confused or anxious. So much peace in a naturally complex sector. I appreciate all their hard word and care!

Dr Heck does an amazing job listening to me and really making me feel like a partner in my health journey. Her advice and medical knowledge has me feeling the best I have felt in year, and my blood tests back that up!

This place is great, the staff in the front were really helpful and the doctor was great. She answered all my questions and started me with the proper medication for my condition. Will 100% recommend.
