The staff was amazing. I had an appointment at 9: 30am and I believe this was the first doctor’s appointment that was actually on time. Very, very pleased with the whole experience.

Called days ago to ask when they have availability and how much it was for paying out of pocket. Gentlemen who answered said within a week and gave me the cash price so I chose them because I needed something quick and been having the run around with them since 3/4 days. When I did dated that I’m here temp and need to leave out of town by end of week. Everyday I call I get the referral coordinator will get to you to schedule. Now that my time is running out they finally asked the coordinator to only tell me sorry we don’t take out of pocket at the moment. This could have been said to me wasting my time and given wrong information. They said he probably didn’t know well he should ahwv aksed and not give wrong information to people when time is an essence especially when your dealing with the a surgery and heart

This practice is very organized and professionally staffed. You don’t have to wait, they facilitate everything smoothly and seamlessly. The office is clean, the doctor I saw was warm and wise clinically. I would place the highest grade on this practice.

I'm a new patient and had just been released from the hospital. My appointment was going to be the following week. I contacted the office and was very concerned having to wait over the weekend. Anna the office manager heard the distress in my voice about all the questions I had. She made a special effort to get me in the next day. I was able to get all my questions answered and then some. Our doctors assistant Nitcy was so kind and helpful. She gave my wife and I so much comfort. I'm sure Anna arranged for my cardiologist to stop in during my visit to help with any questions I had. He was awesome too. I feel like I'm in the right place. I am truly grateful for all their help and true concern.
