This place should be shut down for consumer Fraud and baby service no wonder they are not on the BBB they will lie to you as to the repair and to cost and when they will have it done they will take you in and and then say we need more time in it and charge you more and reset when they will see your truck and one's they get you on the hook they will keep on doing that or say they are going to wait for parts to repair it for as long as they can they are a ripoff consumer affairs should investigate them for defrauding there customers be warned stay away from them go to other repair shops or even peterbilt on the other side off the freeway you will thank me for it

Everything went well from calling in, finding the right part, placing the order, will call #, etc. Until I went to pick up the part, the person at the counter was not courtious nor proffesional, in addition he seemed to by too busy to answer additional questions in purchasing other parts.
I did purchase a case of radiator fluid and was expecting some assistance or at least offering get help. NOTHING FROM THIS YOUNG GUY. I do have a fractured wrist and it was very painful to lift up the box. Not only is he unprofessional, perhaps arrogant but also extremely lazy.

Had truck serviced at another location in California (about 3.5- 4 hours away). Got a fault code and pulled into Inland’s Service center. Notified the Kenworth that did the work- they called and asked for a 10-15 minute computer hook up for the codes and was told they didn’t have anyone that could do that for 2 days. Absolutely no customer service worth speaking about. They wouldn’t extend professional courtesy to another dealership. Makes one wonder how they treat their customers. My truck is being towed.

This shop deserve zero star, the worse experience we ever had since we are truck dribers, they don't care about costumers they want only your money, they don"t know nothing, we put our truck in this shop for 8 days, they disassembled our truck part whit part end they stil didn't know what is wrong whit our truck, we paid 3500 for nothhing, they are unprofessional. We took our truck from this shop whit a tow truck and put it to another shop for a proper repair. Our advice is don't bring your truck in this kenwhort shop they are slow and lazy and don't care about you and your truck. Very disappointment it was a big mistake to bring our truck in this kenworth shop.

So far the worst experience ever. Took my truck in for an airbag issue and several inspections. Within an hour of pulling my truck into the shop they told me they had already exhausted 4 hours of troubleshooting (maybe they used 4 people?) and wanted an authorization to do 4 more hours.

I politely declined and just asked them to fix the airbag issue and to just let me know what batteries i needed for my APU so that i could pre order for next time. Well that’s when the funny part comes in, even though they spent 2 hours troubleshooting, they couldn’t tell me what type of APU my truck has so basically i paid $400 for nothing.

If that’s not enough, once they sent me the bill they spent the next 12 hours to actually send me the invoice. Once we payed it and my driver is on his way (hadn’t even left the lot yet) we found out that they forgot to fully assemble the truck back so the whole side panel is missing and now we are currently waiting for it to be installed. So on top of everything now we will be an hour late to our pickup.

Worst place ever!

Literally the only way I can think your shop could have been better is to have a pet area inside the fence! Service staff were professional and polite. Mechanic was fantastic, straight forward, no bull. He even flat out admitted were his expertise fall. Didn't have a problem showing me my truck. If I'm ever in Cali again and need work, this is where I'll go.

I recently bought a truck and trailer from them. My experience was phenomenal. Ana Chavez is amazing saleswoman. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and fast with documents. I will be buying a truck from them again. In couple of months hopefully.

Best experience I ever had with a shop. No driver likes to go to a shop, but let me tell you I was treated like I really mattered to all the personnel especially with Christian Figueroa. My thanks to all of you.

Awesome and fast service, as sooner i get there they take my truck in, when peterbilt dealer across the street the ware 2 weeks behind only for dpf cleaning thank's kenworth and thank you Sonia for your wounderful customer service.

Definitely don’t be in a hurry! There’s no sense of urgency around these parts not even to get an estimate after the first diagnosis estimate was wrong!

Less than one star if possibly. After doing repairs that they were not authorized to do, that cause severe damage I’m out $4120 and the truck is worse condition than when I brought it to the inland kenworth in Fontana Ca… 7 months later I’m in the process for hiring an attorney.not to mention had to have it towed out.

Let me just start by saying that the customer service experience that I was given by Sonia Villanueva is literally what every owner operator should experience when they’re having problems with their truck. It was as if she was a mechanic herself I told her what I did before I got there she already had the answers quotes an estimated time and it gave me a peace of mind I’ve never had before going to work on my truck. If you ever get the chance to meet Sonia you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. If anyone at Kenworth is reading this this woman is literally too good at her job very impressive very satisfied I can’t wait to go service my truck again…. Take my money! ALSO.the work done on my truck is exactly what I needed I recommend only going to the dealer for any Kenworth issues. They have notes on there recipes witch is very appreciated when it comes to questions about my core parts an etc your service center is on point! You definitely get what you pay for here thank you guys! Thanks Sonia!

I'm here almost every day getting parts and it's always the same excellent experience the parts guys are truly knowledgeable and helpful and most of all good people every one from the cashiers to the receptionist to the parts guys and especially management are amazing people

Inland Kenworth Fontana is as their logo suggest, "The Worlds Best". The whole staff is super helpful. Great counter and phone room support. Jimmy, my outside sales person and Darrell parts manager, as well as the whole parts department, have always extended a helping hand in helping with parts look-up and identification. I've been working with Inland Fontana since 1987 and look forward to another 35 years of a great service.

Been dealing with Inland Kenworth for my parts for many years now and can honestly say that it is by far my favorite dealership to work with. The counter guys are always in good spirits and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and will help you to the best of their ability. Recently, they added a Will Call counter which was really lacking. Will calls are now faster and easier to pick up than any other dealership.

Although it can get very busy at times, the line tends to move at a good pace and I've even noticed management hop in to help out from time to time, something you dont see at any other dealship.

While the prices may not be the absolute best, the value you get and the customer service from everyone there is above and beyond what you find in any other dealership.

It was not a good experience. My truck was at the dealer for 1 month. My truck kept being taken back out of the shop for multiple estimates which most times would be another day lost. They ended up ordering the calipers I needed 4 or 5 times because they kept ordering the wrong ones. And yes you guessed right, the price shot up every time. Every time I called I didn't get much answers from the staff.
Christian and Sonia were the only ones who tried and see what was going on and keep me on the loop. Even though both of them tried to get me answers there wasn't really much they could do because they weren't there every day. I appreciate their effort. Other than that everything else was a bad experience.
