Dr. Oh and anesthesiologist Dr. Aguirre were very informative, professional, and nice. The whole OR crew from pre op to PACU explained everything that was happening. I then went to PCU where they were diligent about giving my meds and making sure I was comfortable. I had a great experience and would go back.

Experience was ok came in with pain got my pains mess but, when I was about get released I knew I wasn't feeling well yet.and nurses wanted to discharge me. Until I said I don't feel good my chest was hurting didn't want to give pain thru iv. Finally they realized that I do need pain meds.but it wasn't strong Enought to stop pain couples time.but I just hope they listen to their parents better. They know their own own body's better.but my overall experience my best nurse who cares n went back forth for pain n care his name is Eddie second floor.hope u get the hall of fames pictures soon.u deserved it.

The dr Mann was nice, but the discharge was a way too long waiting, 2 1/2 hours just to say you could go, the ladie in front was a little rude. We were there about 5 1/2 hours

Nice nurses but terrible policies due to being a very old and outdated hospital. My husband was kept in recovery for over 8 hours waiting for a room so I could not see him until the next day after 11am. He was moved to 3 different rooms in days that was very disruptive for his care.

Every person i can across was so nice here and they did everything to make me feel calm and safe about my surgery. I had a great experience here. Although I wish my sister could have stayed the night i understand it's for a reason. Highly recommend.

I arrived on Sunday afternoon and was assisted almost immediately. The doctor on call and all nursing personnel were very compassionate and professional. I would certainly recommend Inland Valley Hospital to anyone needing emergency treatment

This was an awesome visit. They took great care of me, went above and beyond! The treatment, care and professionalism was outstanding! Darius took time to listen to me, hear me and address all my concerns. Phenomenal PA!

I was taken in by the Paramedics; the staff at Inland Valley Community Hospital immediately rushed me to the Emergency Department Trauma Area. I had had a blunt head trauma as well as other body parts injured due to a bad fall on my driveway. The staff at the above mentioned section treated me without delay and in a thorough manner; I have enough medical knowledge to be able to assure the reader that my treatment was outstanding. Numerous scans and other tests were taken to all of my body parts for approximately two hours or longer, utilizing state of the art equipment by staff members who displayed extreme proficiency.
After all of the results were ready I was given a complete and clear explanation of such. Finally, when I was released, I was taken to the waiting area to join my family, and even then a member of the staff provided me with water (I didn’t need to ask!), as well as ice bags to apply on my head.
Thank you and congratulations to all of those who were involved in my case as well as to the hospital physicians, nurses, technicians, medical aides, office staff and Administration for serving our community in a manner well above the call of duty.

The staff was professional, prompt, and helpful. They were very busy so I had to wait in the hall and then the waiting room. They did the best they could under difficult circumstances.

The staff, doctors, and nurses, took very good care of my mom. I am grateful for the care they gave her.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, the individual that serviced me through my visit said he was not a Doctor and rather he was helping in place of a Doctor. I had a referral note from Urgent Care Doctor asking for a CT scan to be done due to severe headaches as well as elevated blood pressure, I was also advised to not take Anti inflammatory medication because of the elevated blood pressure and potential Hypertension. The individual who was helping in place of the doctor disregarded the referral entirely, didn't even want to look at it. Ultimately the headaches were due to dental related issues which in their own right are very painful. Which in the end he prescribed medication that I was advised against taking and because of that I've continued to suffer in pain. Unless you want to sit here for 4+ hours only to leave with unresolved issues, I suggest you do diligence prior to exposing yourself to the potential dangers due to the lack of professionalism and complete disregard of prior professional recommendations. The State medical board needs to step in, I will be forwarding all correspondence to them and I hope that if any of you have similar issues you do the same, this is the ONLY WAY this tax payer hospital will be corrected to do what they are legally supposed to do, serve the public.

Horrible. Came in with a stiff neck out of nowhere, left their feeling worse honestly. Emergency check in nurse was obnoxiously loud and joking. She struggled trying to maintain common decency even with checking people in and asking for information. I can dive in far on the issues that I had between her and the nurses attitudes in the ER section but I'd rather not. This display of attitude towards not just me but many people there that night honestly makes me upset. Nobody in the emergency setting should have a joking obnoxiously loud chatter and laugh while people are there. Struggling with pain and others and for the nurses in the emergency section the rudeness made me decline CT scans and images. With barely even being able to move my neck and shoulders I had my wife pick me up and we went somewhere else. Absolutely horrendous visit.

Of all the er I have visited this is far the best.they made sure to make sure I was comfortable and made sure to apply all tests to rule out anything that could be life threatening.

If I’m not unconscious, I would never go back to this hospital. The nurses the night of august 15th not wearing a mask whatsoever changing iv’s without gloves, the service it’s just awful made me feel I was at the worse jail. On the other hand 2 star because the Doctors that saw me were excellent I wish I remember their names. Both amazing. But nurses and overall the hospital it’s awful and scary.

I was here for 4 days and the service was great from the beginning. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. My nurses were the best and I really appreciate all they did.

Dr. Mann was the ER doctor that I met last week. I was urged to go to the ER because of some alarming symptoms of hyperthyroidism, and as it happened, Dr. Mann was familiar with the disorder. He was very compassionate and interested in my well being. It made going there less nerve racking, I'm a total introvert and hate talking to new people, but it wasn't so bad and the experience was good considering the circumstance!

I wish I could live a 0 star review, this is one of the WORSE HOSPITAL. I went to ER because my doctor send me because he thinks i need it to get an MRI urgent because my left leg was numb and the doctor in this hospital refused to to any tests and send me home with pain meds. I had no pain. This doctors are so st&pid
